Very friendly staff and great customer service. I’m going back as soon as possible.

This is a five-star hotel with a staff that is focused on every detail. The hotel complex is linked by boat, and dozens of restaurants offer everything from Lebanese, Chinese and Mexican food. The staff speak numerous languages, and during our stay, we heard them address guests in Mandarin, Russian, and English. There is a marvelous marketplace (souk) on the premises, with a wide variety of shops selling Middle-Eastern-themed gifts, as well as high-end shopping. The hotel is not cheap, but visitors who plan ahead and book during the less-traveled seasons will find it affordable. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone interested in experiencing a luxurious stay with incredible attention to detail and an almost unending variety of choices in cuisine and shopping.

Our experience was beyond amazing. We got the ocean view room and got upgraded to a suite and it was magnificent. The most beautiful hotel we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to ALOT. Amazing staff, the bathroom was like having your own spa the beach pools quality of people and the hotel staff was definitely worthy of a 5 star. I recommend mina asalam to everyone

Excellent hotel and accommodations, luxurious. Hotel is well located, with a spectacular beach a few feet from Burj Al Arab. Hotel staff very friendly, professional, efficient, always willing to help. Buffet breakfast with wide variety of dishes from around the world. I'm already planning a trip back to Dubai, that includes Mina A'Salam.

This is one experience I will never forget. the stuff are well trained and very respectful. I felt like a celebrity

Great food choices, breakfast buffet and different pools.

The Mina A'Salam pleased us in every way. Our room was spacious, clean, and well -appointed. Plenty of outlets to plug devices into, fresh fruit provided for us daily, great collection of toiletries, lovely decor. Every night a towel folded to look like a different animal sat on the foot of our bed: an elephant, a dog, etc. It was a cute little detail we really appreciated. The concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgable, the staff polite and friendly. The property is ravishingly beautiful, the beach excellent. Every restaurant we tried had great food -- the duck brunch on a Friday was particularly memorable. The hotel is lively at night, with several choices for drinks or dinner, and the souk is only steps away with many more choices. The only bad thing was that service was very slow at the cafe in the main lobby, but then the view from there is so pretty, that it's easy to wait. We will definitely book the Mina again in the future. BTW: they have terrific and reasonably priced car service anywhere you want to go. We had them provide a BMW to pick us up from the airport and to take us to Abu Dhabi. The car was new, spotless, stocked with water and snacks, and driven by a terrific chauffeur.

The experience was great good people great views! Loved the restaurant options in the hotel. Thai place was amazing boat rides were great too

I liked everything about this luxurious hotel.. So romantic and beautiful view

I had the pleasure of staying at Mina A’ Salam at Madinat Jumeriah from September 21st through September 28th. This hotel is fabulous and the staff is fantastic! When entering the lobby, you feel right at home. It has a very inviting ambiance to it. There is a small interior pool filled with water and colorful flowers with pillow sitting around its circumference. The front desk and concierge employees were friendly and helpful during our visit. My husband and I had one of the newly decorated ocean view rooms. The decor was light and airy and the bed was heavenly. The views of the ocean and the abra water canal from our balcony was spectacular. We were able to see Atlantis and part of The Palm in the distant blue sky too. Our room attendants did an excellent job making sure our room was clean. The Mina's private beach and their beach staff were amazing. The towel attendants personally walk you to your beach lounge of choice and tuck a towel around it as if they were making a bed. There were other beach staff which served lime flavored ice pops and buckets of ice with bottle water in them. And there are still more staff members who stray mist of water on their beach guest to keep them cool on a hot Dubai day. This is just some of the exemplary service given by the Mina A’ Salam staff. The Mina A’ Salam and the Madinat Jumeirah grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The amenities at the resort were simply marvelous from Souk Madinat with its many shops and restaurants to a theater to the abras and/or buggies to bring you to Al Qasr and Jumeriah Beach Hotel. There is so much to do and see that you do not have to leave the resort unless you want to. The Mina A’ Salam is not just a hotel but the ultimate resort. I definitely plan on coming back again real soon!

The Mina A Salam is a phenomenal hotel. We booked three rooms with the "site facing" (read: construction) and frankly it wasn't an inconvenience at all. There was no noise at night and the noise during the day was pretty minimal. I imagine that might change when they go from moving sand around to actually putting up a building, but for now I didn't find it even the least bit inconvenient. And the hotel is great. We and a phenomenal experience start to finish.

It is 3rd time I am here and staying at different property, simply love it. Only problem for young crowd if you wish to go out at night you got 1 option 360 bar at the next Hotel Wadi property or take a taxi to Dubai Marina area, otherwise at 1:00 am all closed, not a singe bar is open at this property.... Otherwise beach, restaurants, spa, so much to offer at one location. Favorite restaurant Pierchik!

The hotel is right on the beach. It is very clean and the rooms are a nice size. The bathroom is also very nice. Nothing gross about this place. They have a nice pool and a great health spa. There is a huge lap pool in the spa if you want to get away from the kids in the outdoor pool and do some serious swimming. They also have a nice sauna and steam room. The staff is friendly and most helpful. You get free admission to Wali World waterpark, which is really fun. You can also get into the Burg Al Arab (sailboat hotel) without making reservations at one of their restaurants since you are staying in a Jumeriah Beach hotel. On the downside, the breakfast buffett isn't that great especially for the cost and if you want to spend most of your time around the souks and downtown area, it's at least a $16 cab ride each way. If you do take a cab, make sure it's a cab company car and not a hotel car because that will cost you at least $10 more. The hotel cars are metered, but they don't have any markings on the outside. Inside, they aren't any nicer than a regular cab. You can tell the doorman your preference. The hotel is a good deal for the money considering the alternatives. I would definitely stay there again.
