This was our first time at Jumeirah Dar Al Maysaf, and it was an absolutely perfect stay from check-in to check-out! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. Our lagoon room was beautiful, spacious, airy and luxurious, with a super-comfy bed and an incredible dressing area and bathroom. The outside balcony was incredible too, overlooking the lagoon, perfect for early coffee and evening drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the aperitifs and snacks which were served each evening before heading off to dine in one of the amazing restaurants, We particularly enjoyed spending time at ‘Celeste’ which is an adults only pool bar with direct access to the beach and amazing views of Burj Al Arab! It was so peaceful with a cooling breeze from the ocean. Thank you to everyone for providing us with an unforgettable stay - we will definitely be back!

We stayed here and had a wonderful time as we always do. The hotel is beautiful and something you just can’t get anywhere else. It is special. Unfortunately though, we’ve had terrible service after our stay where the hotel took 4000aed as a pre-authorisation from my bank card and still haven’t returned the money. It’s been 3 weeks now. I’ve been assured the refund has been processed but I am now receiving no communication and haven’t even received an apology for the mistake. I am incredibly disappointed for such a premium establishment that we adore, we expected better.
