If you want to be treated like a King for the duration of your stay this is the hotel to book! The hotel itself is located on the beach front neighbouring a marina and is a 45 minute taxi ride from the airport. First impressions are great as you enter the impressive reception. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a modern interior along with a huge bathroom. We opted for a beachfront suite which had a nice balcony and a sea view. Most of the rooms are within a short stroll of the main building and pool, however, we opted to jump on the carts which chauffeured us where we needed to go. There are a number of restaurants all of which are absolutely fantastic. The White Orchid served the best suchi and Thai food I have tasted in a long time. There is also a seafood restaurant situated on a boat harboured in the marina, an Italian restaurant and a steakhouse situated at a nearby shooting club. The portion size and quality of the food is unrivalled for an all inclusive hotel. Beware though, if ordering wine you often get the bottle rather than a glass 😀 There are a handful of swimming pools to choose from and many beach activities which our children enjoyed. Every staff member we encountered was first class. Quite often we would be referred to by name from staff members who had met us only once before! You are really made to feel important and welcome. All in all, if you want an all inclusive hotel in Dubai then this is the best.
Spot on, just like last July. Everything perfect. Thanks to you all once again. Really you cannot fault this place i would return again and again Maybe when a little cooler next time. Do not hesitate, just book it.
stayed for the weekend on half board and had a great time. Large rooms, great staff, nice food, lovely scenery, swim up bar and at least 2 large pools. All in all the perfect stay and would go there again
I booked a royal jasmine room with complimentary things and breakfast I asked the the room service to serve the breakfast in the room because I have small kids they revues to do that and food option very week in general the hotel is very nice but the problem is the food
Just come back from a wonderful weeks holiday at JA PTC. What a truly excellent hotel. Every member of staff gave us exceptional service. Chandana our housekeeper was so lovely. The food at this hotel is amazing both my husband and myself gained 7lb! All thanks to the amazing chefs, 2 chefs in particular that I have to mention for thier outstanding food is Maria & Malid. We found every member of staff to be friendly, professional and hardworking. We would like to say a special thank you to Krishna Tharinda Ajay & Meryll in the Orchid Loung. Liz & Tomong whome work very hard and are always smiling, podium of White Orchid. Manor @ Anchor Bar. Butler Deeprenda who is always so helpful & Alwyn who works amazingly hard and is so friendly at the Signature bar. Sanda @ La Fontana. And last but not least a young waiter called Eslam whom served us at the Anchor restaurant and Shooters. This young man had bags of energy was very charming and hard working. Our room 592 was lovely and spacious in an ideal spot, with a sea and garden view. Very close to all the amenities. we found everything in this hotel to be of exceptionally high quality. We can not wait to return for a second visit and would highly recommend.
I stay in many hotels each year and always look to give an honest review and in our opinion this hotel is worthy of the full 5 stars Rooms - junior suite with sea view - very good size, immaculately cleaned and friendly turn down, good bathroom accessories Grounds were very well kept and loved the peacocks and wildlife Service levels were very good - especially the gents that worked on the Beach and pools - as the sun moved they would move the umbrellas or turn up with more during the day - never needed to ask. Buggies came quickly when you needed transport - transfers and busses tended to start from the beach hotel and Divaz was. Long walk in the July heat. We arrived on an overnight flight and as the hotel was not full we were given a room straight away and all inclusive started at 11. Food - this is one of the key reasons for a 5 star - we wanted all inclusive but are not fans of buffet restaurants. The quality of restaurants are outstanding I cannot fault any, high quality food, wine and service. Wine served by the bottle if you preferred - this is unusual in all inclusive. We didn't try the buffet other than one lunch when we wanted som air con (lunch was available in restaurants by the beach and pool also) but I have no doubt that they are very good. A couple of observations - We paid for a sea view but the block was quite a way back and the garden views were lovely too so not sure I would do that again. The sea quality and beach view - they looked like light pillars to us - are not of the carribbean quality so don't expect the sun kissed palm tree beaches and clear sea. July was very hot - which we didn't mind - but judging by the literally hundreds of empty sunbeds around the pools and particularly at the beaches which we largely deserted I don't think the hotel was full and so never any problem to get a restaurant table or drink at the bar AI is a must the prices on the menu and bars are very expensive - great quality but you pay for this Overall top quality enjoyable stay - we generally do not return to hotels but we would make an exception for JA Palm court
Superb as always - a frequent visitor to this wonderful place of tranquility. Top class service, quality of food and drink exceptional and every memeber of the team really go out of their way to ensure your experience is one to remember - well done.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. If you can would upgrade to The Residence (All inc) 5 star service from start to finish from the Meet & Greet at the airport & unpacking service upon arrival, the personal service offered in the Signature Lounge to the ease of check out. Quality of food offered in all resort restaurants is amazing. The variety of activities included keeps everyone entertained (water sports, golf, clay pigeon shooting to name a few). This hotel has something for everyone and in the attentiveness of the staff unique. Rooms large, clean and comfortable. Would not of changed a thing!!
Fantastic level of service at the Palm Tree Court. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is amazing. Ensure you take all inclusive package as it's very good value for money. The activities are varied and very well run, everyday you can try something new under the safe instruction of the staff.
This hotel has it all...especially if staying all inclusive! We stayed for 10 nights in July which meant it was very hot for most of the day, but not too hot that it stopped you doing activities. There are two parts to the complex...the Jebil Ali Beach hotel and then the Palm Tree Court. Both can share all the pools (apart from Signatures pool). The restaurants are fantastic. Our favourite was the White Orchid which is one of the best in the whole of Dubai and serves oriental/Asian style food. This was the only restaurant which has a lot of none inclusive food options. However, the inclusive options were many and great so didnt feel like we were missing out. Divas, the fish restaurant on the boat was great and got a good tip to order more than you think you need as by the time the fish is filleted, it's not as much. However, our waiter offered to simply cook a selection for our group and there was more than enough. For the less adventurous they cooked some fish in tempura batter and served with french fries. The buffets are also brilliant. Its worth noting that there are themed nights which were well worth a visit. We visited the Arabian and Indian nights. Lovely and so much selection. The JA Beach hotel has the largest buffet. Signature Lounge, Butlers and pool: We were lucky enough to have access to the lounge and pool area. The staff are amazing. They make you feel like a VIP and offer to drive you everywhere in the gold buggies...which was appreciated while you get used to the heat. The lounge provided access to 8 butlers who are available from 8am to 11pm every day and will help with anything you need including all the bookings for things inside and outside of the hotel complex. Akhil, Pradeep, Zafar, Deepranda, Alwyn and Bunyod are well worth mentioning as they were so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. As for the activities, we managed to play golf for the first time. Although there is a minimum handicap, they were very accommodating and allowed us to play outside of their busy time. Very hot but there are buggies driving around with ice cloths and extra water so not too bad. The Water Cooled water sports team were also excellent and providing tuition for sailing and wake boarding. Christine and Charlie were great. If I was going to saying anything negative it would be a lack of general bar areas which are open late. The White Orchid does open late, but children are only allowed until 11. My children are old enough to be good company so felt some nights were cut short. There is a bar in the JA Beach hotel but that is 21s only. It was a nice night and lovely that the staff are so attentive. I wouldn't come to this hotel on anything other than an all inclusive package! The prices are pretty high to be paying for everything. A great holiday and we would come again which is the best recommendation! Practical stuff: The room has lots of Elemis products in it, replenished twice daily. Shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Usual shower caps, cotton wool, nail file. In our Beach Front Junior Suite we had slipper shoes (one size fits all...but were very comfortable), and robes. The balcony had two sunbeds and a table/parasol/two chairs. Overlooking the quiet end of the beach. In the pools - you can use inflatables in one of the smaller parts of the top pool - but not the others. They sell inflatables in the gift shop at a staggering £30 each....we brought some, however only used for about an hour. Our arrival in to the rooms were greeted with fresh juices on ice, a bottle of red wine and a bottle of Laurent Perrier Champagne. Occasionally during our 10 night stay we received little extra's in the room - chocolates, a bunch of flowers in a vase, a pillow spray (elemis), bath elixir (Elemis), sandwiches (every day), turn down service nightly. In terms of the mini bar - this is stocked and in The Residence you get the first minibar contents included...after that you must pay. You must tell them if you don't want it restocked as they will without asking, then it is difficult to monitor what you have had (or in our case our children.....they munched their way through a huge amount of chocolates/sweets and drinks). You get a miniature of vodka, gin, whiskey, bacardi, small white wine, two stella artois, two fosters, kitkat, snickers, mars bar, water (still and sparkling), fresh juice bottles, tonic, sprite, diet coke. The beach bag gift is basically a cotton shopping bag with JA on the front. Handy. The children's age appropriate gifts were a soft toy camel for our 10yr old daughter, a tennis set for our 14yr old son and a ping pong set for our 12 yr old son. All appreciated. We will definitely be back at some point and would recommend this hotel based on service and activities, the hotel rooms and gardens, food and general brilliance of all the staff!
