The staffs were no nice and friendly, they upgraded me to one bedroom since I requested early check in which required a little extra pay. The room was spacious, clean and got 2 bathrooms. It closes to the Mall of Emirates, very convenient location with shuttle bus service. You can join any tour just sign up at the tour help desk which located at the lobby. The price was ok but pick up and drop off at the hotel which makes it so easy. I really enjoyed my stays there!!
