Stunningly clean light and fresh decor. Staff very good here. Room was amazing and spacious, a club room. Couldn’t find an additional pillow in the cupboards though. Room service was efficient but the burger was Huge and not as nice as I’ve had elsewhere. Bathroom was big and our room had great views over the creek. We stayed on a Friday night and requested 2pm checkout which was amazing as we wanted to rest relax and sleep over. Were woken by vacuuming at 9am along the outside of our door though. We booked the club room then upon arrival told we could only have soft drinks due to a dry night which we didn’t realise and wasn’t pointed out upon booking by telephone and we could have chosen a different night to be fair over the Eid break as it was our 30th anniversary

Had a great time, rooms met the expectations, the location is perfect for those would like to stay beside a mall, the staff is very friendly, the food options in the breakfast is great but it needs more..

Couple of nights for several heavy business duties required a deep sleep and good hospitality to ensure that everyone in the team ready for missions accomplishment. - As IHG Club member; I’d say Intercontinental Dubai Festival City is one of fantastic options in Dubai,UAE with many tourists spots around the corner.

We stayed in Dubai to break our flight back to Melbourne from Europe and stayed at the Intercontinental Festival City which is a still-developing area 10 minutes from the airport. This is a beautiful hotel situated on the banks of the creek which allows for a quick ferry ride to link with the Metro train which will take you to most areas in Dubai City. The heat is extreme at this time of the year, so it was nice to walk through the doors of the hotel into the soothing cool. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite overlooking the water and the surrounding areas. We had also booked a Club room and this is where the hotel sets itself apart from others. The Club lounge is amazing- in fact, it is one of the largest as regards seating that we have experienced. We were ably looked after by Alexandra Giesselmann and her team who made us feel so welcome every time we entered the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to converse with them all and learn more about the various sights and life in Dubai. We must also thank Alexandra for helping us to change the time of our transfer to the airport when we realised that we had misread the time of our flight. The next outstanding aspect of the Club lounge was the quality and diversity of the food served. Breakfast, afternoon tea and the food presented with drinks of a night consisted of healthy and different options all with the highest quality of ingredients and results were fantastic. I also had a 30-minute shoulder, neck and back massage in the spa and really enjoyed the quiet and pristine surroundings. The fact that the hotel was connected to the Mall made popping into the shops easy and enjoyable particularly as the sales were on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Festival City and will return.

My family was travelling alone I booked this hotel directly. They provided the best rates. My son got travel sick the hotel staff looked after my family so much I don’t have words. It was an amazing thursday night sitting around the corner with my husband in Anise Restaurant on Seafood night. The quality of food is excellent and the service rendered by Mr.Anthony and Mr.Vijay is remarkable. And nevertheless, to Mr.Shadi who manage to assist us in this wonderful dinner. A recommended dine-in restaurant for couples, friends and families...

We arrived in Dubai and were helpfully admitted to our room early so we could get three hours of sleep and try to recover. The hotel room was just lovely (upgraded to a suite) and the club food and service were truly exceptional (and a great deal at the summer rates). There was also a lovely pool, and the hotel was also out of the bustle and crowds of downtown (very close to the airport), but with easy access to the subway (by water taxi) and to all of the sights (including by taxi). Highly recommend this place if you come through Dubai.

Very comfortable rooms that are very well appointed. Good breakfast buffet if you decide to take this option. Restaurants are however quite expensive although you can use the Belgian Cafe in the adjoining Crowne Plaza, or go to the mall for alcohol free dining.
