I stayed three nights with my wife. Except for the small room, the stay was excellent, with extremely friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast, good food at the restaurant and a very good price for the service. Particularly helpful was Adnan Moi from Rayna tours at the lobby. I highly recommend his services and tours. We took a daily tour for the three days and each one was unbeatable, and for a very reasonable price,
I was there for two nights only, about 400 AED including breakfast. The rooms are decent, staff were respectful as well. You get what you pay for. Also it is situated right next to the metro which was great.
I was there just for a night stay, overall it was ok however i found a few defects in the room which was unfortunate. Positive : the bed was quite good and comfortable, The price during the period was good too, Check in process was quick and as per the standards. Room Defects: Damage Hangers, extreme noisy shower head, water temperature wasn't controlled and parking.
Very good stay, i stayed for week there, the honey surprise cake from the hotel made my days so special. Specialy Adnan Moin in the Lobby area is so helpful for us he is a so kind person who helped me in every thing, he is a great guide ad well. we been to several excursions with him like safari and city tour everything was so perfect n profesional. The other hand of reception madam Chetana was so kind and funny for us she is a Nice person too. At breakfast mr Raju's services was fabulous and the food also good.

I would like to share my experience with the great welcoming provided by the front office staff Calia from Kenya. It was a great impression and she was extremely helpful ... we will come back soon Calia because of your unforgettable service...

Very accommodating staff (Blaire, Melinda & Anousha). Very friendly, nice food and have lots to choose with. The place is very very nice and elegant. Their staff is always smiling, neat and approachable regardless of your nationality.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with family. I visit Dubai fairly often and stayed in several hotels there, and have to say this is probably my least favorite hotel experience while there. Issues started at the beginning. We were my mother, my little nephew and myself, and booked as such. The rooms are TINY - absolutely not fit for three people. I did contact the hotel asking if a small rollaway bed would be provided, and was a resounding 'no' - very odd and irregular in this day and age. The reply from the hotel was 'double bed has to be shared by parents and child'. It was myself, my 73 year old mother and 8 year old nephew - we're NOT sharing a bed. On arrival, i did mention this, and was still met with a 'no'. My nephew ended up sleeping on the floor. Again, these rooms are absolutely not fit for three people. Even two people is cramped to be honest, so do bear that in mind if you wish to book this hotel. Another negative were the bar areas in the hotel. One night, while my family went upstairs to shower and get ready for going out, i decided to go to the bar, order a beer and sit in the dedicated outside smoking area literally across the foyer. I was informed that i couldn't take any drinks there outside. I can't begin to understand why. I cancelled my order, and went to my room. So, the hotel lost a sale from me there. The second night, after a day out, we thought we'd go into the night restaurant for one drink and head to bed. We were told no, because it was after 9PM (even though the place hardly had any people inside) - again, lost another sale from me. The positives though: the staff at the hotel are lovely. Very helpful, especially Kevin at reception, and that was great. Location is also really good, literally across the little square to World Trade Centre metro station, the breakfast options are quite varied (though it the options pretty much remained the same every day). If you are looking for a place to lay your head in the evening and not expecting much, i'd certainly recommend it, if you looking for more comfort, i wouldn't. As a travel agent myself, I don't think i will book this hotel for my clients to be honest, and certainly not for myself again. I've often stayed at Ibis hotels, and even have a future booking in another country, and just didn't expect this kind of experience from them.
