The hotel is in a good area. The rooms are small and clean. I would recommend staying in IBIS One Central, looks newer. I had a car, and had to park it in IBIS One Central everytime and walk for a few minutes to the other hotel. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for its location mainly. It's close to Dubai Mall and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Welcoming, warm, clean and quiet. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional and worth the amount paid. The hotel is one minute from the metro. Restaurants are available nearby. I will always stay at it whenever I visit Dubai.

We really enjoy staying at the IBIS HOTEL WORLD TRADE DUBAI. The hotel is next door to the exhibition center. After long days at the exhibition. we are too tired to look for the dinning restaurant. We always have the dinner at the restaurant. Today we order mushroom soup and as we are worried about how they make the soup if we would like it.. Thank you Mr. Johirul Kazi for asking the chef to let us try the sample of the mushroom soup to see if we like it or not and he encourage us to adjust the taste after trial. We are very impressed about small thing that he cares to customer demands. For us, it means the big difference as we enjoy our dinner at the hotel restaurant a lot. The breads served warm and delicious and soup is unresistable. You don't have to to look for the nice restaurant after long day working at the exhibition. (World Trade Center). We are very glad to stay at IBIS HOTEL and only IBIS HOTEL WORLD TRADE CENTER will always be our first choice if we come to Dubai again for business trip.

One of the best places to stay, in the heart of Dubai, near Metro - near Dubai mall, affordable, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, have to mention the FO. Breakfast buffet is healthy and simple, coffee tastes good.

Stayed here before and was a good price for 2 days and is located close to the metro which means you can get around quickly. There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops very close by (sushi, burger, Arabic, pizza0 and Café Nero – so I was OK with choices. The restaurant in the hotel is good and I had a good quality meal there for AED60 (say $15-20). Breakfast is good with lots variety. Rooms are typical Ibis, small but comfy and I felt this was slightly larger than the Deira City Centre Ibis I usually stay at All in all, a good hotel, budget so don’t expect lots of frills, but staff are professional, very helpful and do a good job.

Perfect location for the exibhition center. Breakfast is the strong point with a lange choice of high quality food. Personell in the restaurant very welcome and available. Hotel located just 10 minutes away from the main commercial centers and the airport. Strongly reccomended.

Hotel is located in WTC and close to metro station as well. Employees are friendly and assist us well. Room is comfortable and loved the view of Sheikh zayed road as well. Had faced an issue of low water pressure in shower and its not at all comfortable. I will definitely visit again if i get a nice deal.

We stayed here for four nights towards the end of October 2017. Check in was smooth, as we arrived in the early morning from a flight. This hotel is in the world trade centre area, so very close to Central Dubai. Can take the Metro which is a 3-4 mins walk, and be at Dubai mall in 10 minutes. Taxis are also cheap to centre, around 15 dirhams which is around £3. The hotel itself is modern and clean. You pay get what you pay for; a nice room, clean bathroom and some fresh towels. Tv channels are a little basic, and Wifi connection isn't brilliant; which was a bit annoying. Also a special mention to Gabreal who checked us in; he was so helpful and informative during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he gave us useful information about Dubai as it was our first time here. Overall, a good experience at Ibis; cannot complain for the price paid.

Friendly staff, not many facilities. Stayed while working in WTC, so adequate for business only I would say. Breakfast buffet not great IMO in quality or variety, however omelettes are pretty good. Bathroom design flawed, drain in floor but no drainage so water just sits. Shower sometimes keeps switching from hot to cold and back again regardless of temperature setting. Stayed in September 2017.

We arrived on a busy Thursday evening our booking details did not tell us there is two ibis right across the road from each other. The one where you check in has no parking so they send you to the other parking only to find out they should have provided you with a valley ticket. Only one car per room (again not mentioned on the booking) the valley staff are rude advising after two stops at each entrance we have to go to the basement garage around the corner. There was 6 in our party all confused over where to go and where to park. The rooms are tiny and dated and way over priced for the standard. I assume it is only acceptable as it is next to the trade center. There is beautiful hotels in Dubai, unfortunately this is not one of them. Save your money stay in a nice hotel and get the metro along, it's is just as quick!
