The room was great. The service in the restaurant was terrible. I do not think I would stay at your hotel again.

We stayed three nights and we had very bad experience. The moment we walked into the room we found that bidet hose is leaking. So we called the front desk and someone did show up to fix the leaking hose. But he only made temporary fix. And didn’t send anyone to clean the floor. Next morning we found that shower door is leaking. So we called again. But no one showed up. And bathroom was flooded with water. Several hours later some staff members from house keeping was with us in elevator and asked us about our stay. So we told him about the situation in bathroom. So he managed to send someone to fix the shower door leak. Next day the bidet hose start to leak again. And we called the front desk. And they transfer us to house keeping. And I informed them that bathroom is flooded with water and bidet hose is leaking. He said he will send someone right away. But no one showed up. After several hours when we were going out I went to front desk and told them that the bathroom is flooded due to leak from bidet hose. That night when we came back to our room we noticed that our room was not cleaned. And the guy who came to fix the leak made a big mess of towels in the bathroom. So the bidet hose was finally fixed. But no one bothered to clean anything. Again I called the front desk. And after about two hours someone showed up almost at sleeping hours. Anyway they did clean the mess in the bathroom. But whole experience was bad.

I didn’t know what to expect based on the reviews I previously read but this hotel very much impressed me and met my expectations. It was clean, small but decent size room. Location is nice only a few mins from the mall, beach, etc. I would recommend this place, I stayed room on the 14th floor wonderful view of the Khalif building

A small suggestion. Check in counters not adequate.

The hotel is in the Trade Center district and is probably meant for business travelers but it is clean, convenient and has a friendly staff. I would recommend those traveling for pleasure take a look at the Ibis.

Didn't spend too much time at the hotel so hotel facilities were not as important to us. However the rooms and beds were a bit too small.

Took 3 hours to check in, had to change 3 rooms before I got the one that I booked! Front desk staff is extremely busy and not helpful, also not honest about room availability, etc. Rooms are very small, just a regular budget hotel.

Great small hotel. Very nice and not far from Dubai mall.

would not go back for sure

convenient location

I didn’t know what to expect based on the reviews I previously read but this hotel very much impressed me and met my expectations. It was clean, small but decent size room. Location is nice only a few mins from the mall, beach, etc. I would recommend this place, I stayed room on the 14th floor wonderful view of the Khalif building
