Reliable comfort.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. It offers great value for money in the heat of Dubai, with easy access to metro and nearby shops and restaurants. This time, the room was not as well presented as usual, slippers and tissues were not present on arrival. However, a phone call rectified this. Coffee, extra tea bags, milk and water are all available by telephone request. As usual, we had a warm welcome and a comfortable stay.

The desk area had sand on it. One of the lights by the bed was out and the phone did not work. Check-in took quite a long time because of staff to guest ration.
