I was treated like royalty!! Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely go back to this hotel again. The food was amazing, the rooms were clean. There is nothing I can fault with in this hotel. Well done!!
We stayed for 3 nights in March, it was a beautiful hotel and staff were lovely. We enjoyed walking along the Marina, there are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance and not a long drive to Dubai Mall either. We had access to Jumiera Hilton whilst staying. The staff were very welcoming, thank you!
We stayed here in July 2017 for 5 nights. Fantastic hotel, great service and an amazing buffet breakfast. Good value for money, good facilities and good location to see Dubai. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. Even had a view of the palm. There was on going building work next door but we didn’t notice any noise, just a bit of an eye sore.
at the frontdesk, the welcome is good and efficient. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. Tthe housekeeper are available, kind and efficient. The welcome is warm. We can use easily both amenities of this hotal and the resort. Breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, beach and not far from Dubai marina ans metro. A worderful stay.
We have been here for a week and today recovering from last nights festivities with lunch at the beach bar. The staff have been so attentive. Nothing is too much for them. The food is fresh and tasty Sylvia has served must days and last night at the New Year’s Eve party. She is delightful helpful always cheerful and knowledgable. It makes such a difference to have such continuously excellent service highly recommend it and thank you Sylvia.
Stayed for the year end, being a diamond member I used points. Being upgraded from no view to a view but being on 8 th floor, it was not really useful. Windows was small .... The hotel is well located in JBR, near the tram and attractions Staff are overall very helpful but are overwhelmed by the numbers of guests Executive lounge: nice staff, nice terrace but coffee machines-often not working due to high demand, toaster was at least 10 years old... Elevators: HELL, always have to wait so long. The positive point is you can work on yourself control while waiting Room: size are nice but as the hotel it needs to be renovated The hotel is more like a 3 stars, I give a 5 stars to the staffs for working hard to serve customers I will not stay here when I come to Dubai, until it gets renovated Summary Staff: 5 stars Executive lounge staffs: 5 stars Cleaning service: 6 stars Concierges: 4 stars. Most of them are helpful, some make you feel disturbing them Hardware: 2 stars max==> not Hilton standard
Whe were with 3 people. Because we did not know about the law in the country and how strict they are we decided to book a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super. Location close to Marina and the beach. Also we could use facilities of the Hilton 5 star hotel at the beach as the poole and seats at the beach. The apartment was huge. Nice bedrooms. Kitchen. Small balcony. Try to get a high one if you want have a view to the beach. We booked half board. Well that was very disappointing. Not the quality of Hilton we are used in Europe. The diner was a bad buffet, with not the best food. Better go to a nice restaurant close by. Then you eat healthy and can choose what you want.
Excellent experience at Hilton Dubai The Walk. The staff, service, accommodation and ambience were all outstanding. The staff were particularly helpful, no request was ever too much, always professional and with a smile. The staff always strived to deliver an excellent service. I could not ask for more. I would recommend and stay at Hilton again.
After much excitement about staying at the hotel for Christmas Eve we were quickly disappointed. Check in was slow - very slow. A wounded sloth would move faster. At the end of check in we were told our room would not be ready for another 1.5 to 2 hours DESPITE it being 3pm and requesting a 3pm check in. We had made a booking at Wave Breaker - nice atmosphere but service staff appeared frantic and overwhelmed. Unfortunately we missed our Christmas Eve dinner booking when we discovered our bags had not been placed in our room after our delayed check in. So we went looking for our bags. By the time they arrived and we showered and dressed our dinner booking had well and truly passed. After requesting a late check out we were told no but were offered a studio apartment vide our booked and paid for 3 bedroom apartment. The customer service provided at the front desk was apathetic and lack lustre at best. When we conveyed our dismay at the delays and responses, we were given a responses of “it’s Christmas and the weather has delayed flights”. Yes it is Christmas so owned Hal’s extra staffing should have been available to Carter to the demands. The lifts matched the speed to check in. It is quicker to climb stairs to the 25th floor than to wait for a lift. Overall this was a disappointing stay and appeared to be the grinch in what was supposed to be a fun filled home away from home for Christmas 2017.
This is a hotel which one should stay far away from. The Hilton brand is a joke. Front desk, managers and all staff are rude untrained and totally pathetic. With the wide selection of hotels in Dubai would recommend to stay anywhere else but here. Anyway the hotel is a far cry from what a Hilton should really be. Hilton needs a serious relook at this property seems that growth has hampered their outlook and the fact that its a service industry where customers need to be looked after and treated with respect. Get it together people. Learn from the Sheraton’s and the Address in Dubai about service, courteousness and the hospitality industry in general. Seriously folks stay away from this hotel/hostel. Hilton brand 👎
