Horrible check out procedure. It took over 20 minutes. At that point I was late for a meeting and had to leave and told them to charge my card and email me the invoice.
Excellent location, great food, beautiful and spacious apartments, to die for view and great price. The Staff was amazing!!!
Elevators were extremely slow. There was no microwave in the rooms. I had to call for room service to clean my room
We arrived at the hotel at 9am. Even though check-in isn't until 3:00pm, the hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early AND even complimentary upgraded us from a studio apt to a 2 bedroom apt. The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. It had 2.5 bathrooms as well. Daily breakfast was included and was very good. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to many stores and restaurants. The pool across the street and the beach were also very nice. Cons - the elevators are very slow, which can be annoying. Beach view from the hotel room was partially obstructed by construction. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
the hotel staff was helpful but the main problems are the elevator and the valet parking the elevator takes no less than 10-15 minutes to take down or up to my room. and the parking area in annoying, no valet paring as in Softel and the rest of hotels in JBR.
