There is so many good factors for this hotel but the location was not great for us. Taxis were available outside but the traffic was so bad when we used them that it often left us feeling a bit frustrated. We did walk along the creek and caught a water taxi to the other side to visit Dubai museum which was tough in the heat but worth it. On the plus side the hotel is beautifully decorated and we loved our room. The bathroom was lovely and the views were great. Well worth booking an executive room as the executive lounge was excellent. The view from the roof top pool at night is stunning.
We stayed here for a week and it was a great hub for the family to use for seeing all Dubai has to offer. Close to the beach and also the metro - it has great facilities and friendly staff. Access to the main hotel for breakfast and dinner if you want it too. Highly recommend a few days, up to maybe a week here.
I booked to stay in Dubai for 3 days to propose to my girlfriend and after researching i chose to stay at this hotel. I didn't regret it, the staff we Excellent throughout and they couldn't do enough. They upgraded us and decorated the room amazingly with flowers and balloons which was lovely. We were on a half board deal and the food was very good. Would visit again. Thank you to all the staff.
Great service, lovely clean hotel, close to the Creek, the souks and a short taxi ride from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The shuttle bus to Hilton Jumeriah beach was also excellent. Good buffet breakfast with choice of egss, waffles and pancakes made fresh.
One of the older hotels. Not expensive. We were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival.Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool on the roof with great views, with a happy hour bar. Nice walks along the creek with open air restaurants and magnificent yachts. Not to be missed: a stroll along the Dow harbour, which comes to life at night! Hotel staff were very friendly, accomodating and the breakfast is an event, really great food! Hotel is a walk from the water "buses" that will take you to the other side for a song, one of the huge malls is also there. As I said, one of the older, not so glitzy hotels. But perfectly serviceable and it had all we needed in spades. We will most certainly be back.
Great stay! The staff was extremely helpful & attentive. We will definetely go back! Pity the pool is so small & not enough sun beds for us to use! Still managed an hour swimming while we sat by the bar
This is a nice Hilton property in a convenient part of Dubai. Found it easy to explore the Souks as well as drive to tourist areas such as the Burj. The rooftop pool was a highlight for the property and the lounge is spacious. It felt geared towards business travelers but I very much enjoyed it for leisure.
I recently stayed five nights at this Hilton Dubai Creek as part of a round-the-world milestone birthday adventure. And this may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in more than 40-years of international travel. Thank you to the Front Office Manager, Concierges, Drivers and Executive Club Lounge servers for making my stay a memorable one! You are the benchmark of what an Excellent/10-point hotel should represent!
Positives -- STAFF! The staff here was super friendly and always went out of their way to help. Hareed is the man! -- Room. I had a corner deluxe room. Very nice. VERY clean and quiet. It was kind of big in my opinion with a lot of unused space, but better that than super small. -- Executive Lounge - I really enjoyed the breakfasts here -- especially earlier in the morning. You can sit outside on the patio. Listen to the calls to prayer from the mosques and really soak in some scenery. -- Roof Top bar and pool - I used it later in the day after touring around town. It was half full. Great views and the pool was refreshing. Negatives -- En Masse Tourists - I don't know if tourists traveling in a mass know what they are like -- but they are annoying as anything. Complain. Pushy. Obnoxious -- I ran into three different groups at this hotel of 8-10 people, mostly German. People traveling single or in couples were very nice and social. -- Elevators - Got really slow and crowded mid-week. Fortunately I was on the 3rd floor and just took the stairs.
During our breakfast, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, they ensure that they are delivering whatever the clients needs. When we requested if we can have something for my sister's bday, they brought cake.
