Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my hotel checkout. I requested assistance with my luggage as I wasn’t feeling well. Considering I had five suitcases and had stayed for a month, I expected some support. Unfortunately, I was left to handle the situation on my own, while two receptionists (both men) observed without offering any help.
