Great views of the marina and beach from our balcony. Rooms are huge and well equipped with everything you need and are immaculate and cleaned every day. The staff are exceptional and provide a superb service. Breakfast choices are vast and the staff so attentive. This hotel and the staff are incredible and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai. My 2nd visit and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I always enjoy staying at the Grosvenor House. This time it was just for 2 nights and I looked forward to relax by the pool. Unfortunately no where to be found any information that the pool (tower 1) was closed for refurbishment. Tower 2 open but I wanted convenience.

The staff and management at the hotel were outstanding as I had booked the room for my brother in law who had got married earlier in the day. The hotel made him and his wife feel very special which really made their stay in this gorgeous hotel.

Hi- the hotel was under contraction and was very noisy. We did not know this when we booked it and checked in. We complained to the manger and slew only stayed one night and left . She said she reached out to Expedia so we would not get charges the two nights we were not there.
