The hotel staff was excellent. My only complaint is that we paid for amenities that were not available. The hotel club lounge was under renovation and not available. We choose the upgrade so that we would have that amenity. We were not told until after we upgraded that there wouldn’t be access to the lounge. The hotel did give us credit to use at one restaurant and room service. Make sure if you book business or executive suites that the club is still not under renovation.
