From the arrival to the departure,everything was perfect. Thanks to the whole team as we can t do it separately. They have upgrades...from my last stay last year to this year.....not noisy anymore, just wonderful.
I would like to express my gratitude to the lady at the réception who authorized me to check-in earlier. The whole team is exceptionnal,smiling,caring and ready to help.
Location is alright if you have a car, they have free car parking but it is a valet parking, so maybe the valet staff is expecting tips. Otherwise staffs are great and helpful. It is close to DXB of course it means further to other places. They upgraded one of our room to a suite which is nice.
