Absolutely blown away by my stay at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel in Dubai — honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world.
From the moment I walked in, the level of care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff made me feel completely at home. Every single team member was friendly, welcoming, and professional — but special thanks to Alexandra, Nastasia, Daria, and the incredible management team for going above and beyond. You can tell there’s a strong culture of pride and hospitality here, and it shows in everything they do.
The cleanliness of the hotel is unmatched — seriously, it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve seen. The team clearly takes a huge amount of pride in keeping every corner spotless and looking fantastic. And the breakfast? Absolutely brilliant — fresh, delicious, and with a great selection to suit every taste.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — you’re just 15 minutes from everywhere that matters in Dubai, whether it’s the beach, downtown, or the malls.
Honestly, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai now. The Grand Cosmopolitan has set the bar sky-high — if you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll be genuinely looked after, this is the one.
