Front desk and managers were really accommodating and welcoming. I got an upgrade to a apartment suite it was clean and has everything that I need for a short term and long-term stay. I use the gym every day and it was a nice touch to have a rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in dubai. The food options around were really good and lots of markets next door

Was very pleasing, the staff were friendly and helpful. Is close to metro restaurants, food shopping. I had a very wonderful experience.
This isn't a bad hotel. I guess my only complaint is the 1 bedroom apartment is small compared to other places I stayed at. It's close to the metro station and a short taxi ride to the malls. Overall clean and nice looking.
The hotel is clean but there's no wifi in the rooms unless you want to pay extra per day. Free wifi is only available in the lobby, we're in 2015 and that's just ridiculous. The rooms do not have carpeting which gives an uncomfortable feeling. The hotel leaves much to be desired.
Spent just one night here and it was comfortable enough. Bed, Ac and TV all good. Our window did not face major construction across street so happy for that - if I was staying more than one day that would have made a huge difference.Hotel could not accommodate early check in but did allow for free parking early and all day which was bonus. Within minutes of parking staff arranged for car to take us to our meeting. Wifi in lobby which was supposed to be free did not work for me. Breakfast buffet was so-so but husband was able to order omelet to his liking and staff did provide me with take away coffee which was nice.Room service menu very limited. Did not get to access pool since it closed at 6. For the money it was a good value.
very happy with this hotel as over all. services, staff, facilities are all ok. the location is not bad however, the other facilities such as pool, spa and coffee shop and other places around the hotel are great. as a matter of fact it is good stay here. I like it.
