It was a lovely and comfortable stay in a marvellous dream city. The location was suitable, next to the metro station, and the distance to the airport is within a good range. Close to the malls and the city center. Great experience
Fairmont spa is one of the best spa I have ever visited.they have good massages facilities, gym and two pools what makes more beautiful is there staff at spa especially MAGGIE who is fully of energy every morning always smileing and very helpful. The other person is KRISHNA spa manager very helpful friendly and ready to assist in all situations. Thank you Fairmont for hiring this two staff.i will recommend this spa to all. I will come here again and again.
Well equipped gym and tranquil spa. Excellent staff, especially Maggie from the spa, along with Joao from the gym, Krishna who is ever so friendly too. The surroundings of the hotel Is pleasant and well maintained but the ladies changing room could do with a new hairdryer!
Fairmont Dubai is always a good choice whenever we go to Dubai for business and when there is exhibition, first because of its location and second their customer service is excellent. We visited them recently and were delighted with their customer service. Thanks to Ms. Zulal for taking the customer service to another level of excellence. We were upgraded to one bedroom Suite and the Fairmont Gold Concierge, Franklin was very accomodating. And their breakfast is superb. I love the spinach Omelette of Chef Pedrito, he was so friendly that he will offer each one who passes near his station. We are very impress with his high energy and the spinach omellete is a must try.
Dubai can be expensive, but this hotel, which lives up to its namesake, is quite well located, excellent property, clean and well kept (as everything in Dubai is) -- the breakfast provided is excellent with plenty of choices, excellent restaurants in general, this is a lovely hotel with a good staff willing to look for ways to assist---
This is a delayed post - I have just recovered from post holiday blues from this amazing city. My husband and I spent 4 days at Fairmont Dubai SZR and another 2 at Anantara The Palms in Oct 2018. Our experience at Fairmont Dubai was totally top class!!! I requested early check in as our flight landed at 04:30am. We were warmly welcomed and checked in within 10 mins. We stayed in a city view room on the 26th floor. With the view of the Trade Centre, Burj Khalifa we wouldn't even close the curtains at night . . . just watch the city in lights. The hotel is situated very centrally and easy access to taxis and the metro. Restaurants we tried were The Cascades, Pronto and Exchange Grill and all were fantastic. All staff we encountered were outstanding and really superb. A really well-run hotel. As I type this I can still smell the scent of the lobby from the pink rose floral arrangements. A highly recommended hotel.
We were spending three nights in the Fairmont on half-board basis; our first sightseeing visit to Dubai, booked through British Airways. We also booked a shuttle from the airport to the hotel - extremely efficient service and well worth doing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by all the hotel staff we met - they were so helpful, knowledgeable and a credit to the Fairmont. We must give a special mention here to Christian who served us our evening meals in the Cascades Restaurant; he made us feel so welcome and catered for our every need. You're a star - thank you! Our room, with a city view, was excellent; very clean and comfortable and the made-up bed had the tightest sheets we've ever seen! A wide range of dishes were available at the buffet breakfast - the omelettes made to order are a must. The dinner menu also offered a good range and portions were delicious and substantial. Wine, where served, was expensive, e.g. cheapest bottle of Sauvignon Blanc was AED180 (approx £40), The hotel location makes getting around easy, either using the excellent Metro, a station is close by, or taxis which are very reasonably fared - we used both. The malls are a must and the Barj Khalifa and Dubai Frame awesome - the latter is free for seniors (Yes!!!). One last thing, the large floral displays in reception are a florists dream and changed regularly - a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai.
Every visitor knows the status of Fairmont Hotel, it is one of Dubai's landmark and has every facility one can think of. But the important feature of the Fairmont is the Spa. Since the last 10 yrs me and my family have been using the Spa facilities. Lately the Spa has been upgraded under the Director Ms. Laura Campbell. The massage rooms have been renovated and it is relaxing and invigorating to spend sometime there. The Spa staff are very cordial especially Mr.Krishna (asst. Manager) Ms. Maggie(Spa attendance). The Spa has 2 swimming. pools known as Sunrise & Sunset with excellent Staff which provide drinks, snacks as well as lunch if one needs. Now coming to a very important feature of the Fairmont Spa is the Gym headed by My. Jao who is an amazing fitness trainer and qualified Yoga teacher. Under his guidance One can achieve a lot- mind you he is a very busy man, you have to book him ahead of time. Don't miss out the Fairmont Spa when visiting Dubai. M. Buxani
Went with my friend for day use at spa to treat him for his birthday. Had a pleasant time using Jacuzzi, steam, sauna and cold & warm experience shower. Ms.Laura, Ann and Made was at reception to greet us and made a smooth check in. Ms. Juni, spa therapist took us for a spa tour. Krishna and Maggie helped us in the facilities . Sunset pool was so relaxing where life gaurd Christopher took care of us. Thanx to the lovely spa team. Will certainly come back ❤️
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and offers endless amenities. Excellent choice while traveling in Dubai. While this hotel is great, the service is what truly sets it apart. I travel often for work, and interact with hotel staff regularly. Staff was friendly and always willing to assist or go out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Specifically - Refaat Amla from the Cascades Restaurant was AMAZING. He was kind, helpful, and very personable. It's people like Refaat that made my stay here truly memorable. :)
