Clients and their guests may not bring animals to the property or have an event involving more people than scheduled and paid for at the property without written permission from Company. Clients have exclusive use of property. The total number of persons allowed in the property at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the property without refund. Any deviation from these rules may result in eviction without recompense.

Refundable cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled or modified until 3 days before arrival up to midnight, without any additional charges. To guarantee the reservation, the payment of your stay will be taken by the moment the free cancellation period expires, and any extras will be charged at check-out time. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested on arrival and the credit card name must match with the person that is checking in. The hotel may pre-authorize the credit card provided to check its validity.
In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
