Booked a return stay with Dusit, the standards are no longer the same compared to my last stay. They put Mr on my welcome pack instead of Miss after clearly seeing me at reception and checking my passport. 1 water in the room for 2 guests on a very hot day. The bathtub was dirty. Asked for coffee sachets got none. Apart from being in a great location, I’m truly disappointed at how much the standards have fallen. This hotel used to go above and beyond and was very top tier but now it’s not the best.

As my flight out of Dubai was late at night i asked to stay and use the amenities (pool and saunas) after having checked out. That was nice. Unfortunately there were no towels provided in the change rooms. I asked the staff to provide towels, but to no avail.

A very nice hotel with excellent support staff. A bit tight with the breakfast place although this is expected during the holiday season. However they were all very accommodating. Overall we had a nice stay.
