Great Location
Pros:Great Location: Walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. There was a supermarket next door to our complex and a Starbucks next door to the supermarket.Great Communications: A representative of DreamInn Dubai contacted prior to our arrival and provided me with contact info and the address of the apartment. We were also greeted by the representative in the lobby of the apartment building. He escorted us to the unit, explained the security protocol for entering the building and unit. Great Security: The front desk was manned 24 hours a day and all the staff we dealt with very friendly and helpful. The property was gated and there was a guard manning the entrance driveway.The views from the 11th floor unit were great and having a lanai to go outside and get fresh air was a plus. The washer/dryer unit was nice to have in the unit.Cons:Typically it wouldn’t be fair to comment on issue we had without first contacting our host, but we only spent 2 nights here, so it wasn’t really worth contacting our host. Hopefully they will address these issuesThe shower in the master bathroom did not work properly. When you pulled the knob to engage the shower, it appeared that only half the water was coming out of the shower head, the rest was flowing out the bathtub faucet. The water never really got hot and the bathtub drained really slow.We recommend this property and would gladly stay here again
