I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. We booked a Burj-view suite for 4 nights and paid a significant amount of money. After a 13-hour flight with an infant, we arrived around 11:30am. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all — very cold and dismissive. Even after confirming our booking and seeing we had a baby, they refused to let us check in unless we paid an additional fee for early check-in. We were told to wait until 3pm and to “go to the pool” with an exhausted infant after a long international flight. Only after pushing did they offer a room, but again demanded extra money. For a premium hotel, this behavior is unacceptable. The hotel interior is nice, but the customer service and attitude toward paying guests — especially families — is extremely disappointing. Definitely not family-friendly, and not worth the price.

Really enjoyed our stay.Clean quality rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were of good quality and variety. Location was great in Business Bay as close to amenities and the main mall. Only improvement I would suggest is it would be nice if there were more premium TV channels available for such a stature of hotel to satisfy kids and adults while resting and relaxing in rooms.
