Clients may not use the property for any purpose other than a private holiday residence, nor engage in any illegal or dangerous activity, and shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb neighboring properties. Clients and their guests may not bring animals to the property or have an event involving more people than scheduled and paid for at the property without written permission from Company. Clients have exclusive use of property. The total number of persons allowed in the property at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the property without refund. Any deviation from these rules may result in eviction without recompense.
