I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights just before Christmas. Stay was wonderful, service was prompt, staff was very helpful and polite. It is a nice property located on Sheikh Zayed Road. The World Trade Center metro station is just outside the hotel makes the hotel more convenient. We got a corner room on 33rd floor, that gave a wonderful view of Dubai Skyline. Complimentary breakfast was great, had lot of good options even for pure vegetarians. My family really enjoyed the stay. I would recommend the hotel.

Conrad Dubai offers fantastic service, superb facilities, and an excellent location for accessing all Dubai has to offer. We were welcomed with a smile and treated extremely well - nothing was too much to ask for. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights during x-mas. The staff was very competent and helpful, starting with Matthew Desa at check-in who gave us a nice and calm room with view to two sides (#3000). Later Geoffrey at the Concierge desk gave us great recommendations re. where to go for dinner. The funny ladies at the breakfast room entry also made my day with their friendly welcome every morning. I recommend this hotel and want to thank again the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Despite the good amenities and great location, I would not recommend this hotel. It is not family friendly. Check-in: The process lasted well over an hour barely taking into consideration that we had two very tired children in tow. The receptionist, who checked us in, was very technical and it seemed almost inconvenient to ask questions. We had to figure out breakfast times, dining options, available services and more on our own as this information was not advised as expected at a 5 Star hotel. We were assigned 3 rooms on different floors and there was no mention that one could only access the floor to which one is room was located due to their security procedures. The restaurant and room service: On the 24th December 2017, seven (7) of us including two (2) children were told that we could not have dinner in a rather empty restaurant unless it was the exorbitantly priced buffet but we could order room service from the same kitchen! This not only meant that we had to wait at least 30 minutes to feed the children but that we had to incur an extra cost for the room service!!! The badly prepared food was delivered maybe an hour later to the 3 rooms and instead of billing one of the rooms as specifically requested, they made 3 separate bills to maximize the charges. Needless to say, there was no apology only excuses that were rather insulting as I had left my room to place the order from the principal to which a substantial deposit had been made for the extras. We never had any other meals in the hotel except breakfast that was prepaid. Check-out: Our car arrived at about 6:25 am but the larger part of the family was at breakfast on the 6th floor. By the time we all came down to finalise check-out we were required to wait in line behind arriving guests. It was evident that the driver was threatening to leave as he had waited longer than anticipated but the receptionists did nothing to help. The final bill had an undue applied breakfast charge, meal charges for the food that had been paid for by cash, etc. Eventually, the bill was reduced to about $200 payable (subject to further review) but I had only $100 at the counter and the rest of my family was in the car. I asked the receptionist if she or one of her colleagues could follow me to collect the balance. The porter she signaled to barely understood anything I was saying or what had been asked of him and simply got me into the lift downwards, said I could be assisted by another porter waiting outside. There was no proper communication and we could not pay the monies to a porter at the risk of him thinking it as a tip. When I arrived home later in the day, I made an international call to the hotel that lasted 8 minutes (longer than necessary) requesting they send the final statement via email (the address which was on file and then re-advised) for consideration before I could approve any owed monies to be debited from my card. I have never received the email. The service, in general, at Conrad Dubai is appalling. The friendly stuff were the waiters at breakfast and the porters are polite. The receptionists are unfriendly, lack in communications skills and are not prepared to be of service to a diversified customer base.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in dubai. Location is good and service is awesome. There concierge service and staff are very powerful. Pool like a resort and service around the pool really very nice.

The Conrad has a beautiful entrance lobby and quality furnishings throughout. Rooms are large and very well equipped. We appreciated the constant supply of free water and nespresso coffee! We stayed on 42nd floor and still had some noise from the constantly busy Sheik Zayed road so I would recommend a high floor. There are 5 lifts and usually available and quick (make your ears pop!). Sun beds are padded and comfortable and floor 6 with outdoor pool is very elegant enhanced by lots of greenery. Service- excellent, polite, happy, everyone I encountered. They made us some breakfast hampers to take away as an early morning flight. So, the negatives - By far the worst for us was the firmness of the beds. I appreciate this can be a personal thing but they were hard. Rooms 4211 and 4209. We all had backache by the end of our 8 day stay. Conversely the pillows had a balance of being soft and supportive. The other criticism is the price of food and drinks. A draught pint is over £10! Meals all £30+. Okay for occasional dining but we ate out a lot!

Visited Conrad Dubai from 27 December until 30 December 2017 This was my fourth stay at this hotel and by far my favorite hotel in Dubai Would recommend this hotel anytime The rooms are very clean and location is brilliant

Very spacious with nice bathrooms, though we didnt get a nice view but its not an issue. The staff are very nice when we ask something, very polite aswell. We also used the pool and gym and it was good. In room dining is also good. Very near to mini mart and restaurants. Near to Dubai mall and easy metro access.

I end up choosing Conrad this time, since spending so many nights in Dubai, I thought to try something new. Also proximity to Trade Centre was decisive factor. All in all I enjoyed my stay. Very nice reception, even got early checkin which I didn't expect. Good breakfast although variety could have been slightly broader. I would give 5 star, but I really like going to gym and in my opinion free weight area was missing some plates and some more options. With some further imagination, hotel could turn the gym to five star experience. I even had chance to go the pool which gets full five stars but Sauna and Spa was slight disappointment. But being more business hotel, those are not essentials.

Just around the corner of sheikh Zayed road stands tall Conrad Dubai . The lobby is huge showing the magnificent large wall painting and very welcoming . I had gone there for business conference and it was lovely stay . The service the staff the room all lived up the name . Has great gym n spa with lovely jacuzzi n steam very refreshing after a long days work . Right next to the hotel is metro station which connects you to rest of Dubai. I had a great time and Conrad stand true to it’s name “class apart”
