I booked this place after arriving in Dubai only to be told that my booking was cancelled (Oyo 101 Click hotel). The price a bit higher but I am so happy that I found this place. It helped making my stay in Dubai perfect. I spent four nights here and I have nothing to complain about. I didn't have any breakfast at the hotel so I can't review that. The hotel even had a rooftop swimming pool which I didnt have time to use. Nothing at all to complain about.

I chosen this hotel becouse it is good price for Dubai. The district is so far from centre, but it is easy to reach by subway. There is a market opposite the hotel, and several cafes. There is a small rooftop pool. Spacious, bright room with dark windows. I didn`t like that I couldn`t open the window in my room. But probably this is the standard for a hot country. I advise this hotel to anyone who goes to Dubai and wants to save money on booking.

The hotel is a cheaper option in Dubai. I guess this has to do with the location as well as it is quite far out from the city center. The hotel is not far away from the airport and it is close to Union Metro Station. The room was neat but what bothered me most was the unfriendly and slightly unwelcoming attitude of the receptionist. I felt like I was bothering her when I checked in and this negative experience effected the rest of my stay. I am sure that a more friendly receptionist received me, I would have given this hotel a better rating.

we had chosen this hotel as a venue for our wedding because, first the food was is a feast so we value the food we present to our guest.the staffs are friendly and very accomodating.the rooms are big and clean.and the price is very affordable.our budget was very tight so had chosen this hotel.the idea is to be blessed by the Church and to have a place where we can thank and have our friends and loved ones have a feast and get together.

I stayed for two nights lat month. The hotel is located very close to Union Metro as well as Rigga Metro stations. Airport is just 15 minutes distance. Nearby there are many restuarants, shopping area and alost a mall. Room was quite ok. Had some issues in bathtub as well as in coffee/tea making facilities. Staffs were good and nice. Overall I would say it is value for money.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for 9 days and the staff was friendly and approachable. The room and the hotel in general was clean. The only issue we had was that the swimming pool on the roof was closed. We were told that it's closed only that day for maintenance, but we tried the next day and it was still closed.

Traditional style hotel just a few minutes walk from Union Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lots of lights. Desk to work on. Plenty of TV Channels. Big, clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet was OK - toast / cereals / cold dishes / hot dishes. Location is good. Easy, few minutes walk to Union Station. Supermarkets are opposite and one street away. Big discount store nearby selling masses of stuff for 10AED. Felt like a safe area to walk around in. Big, modern shopping Mall 5 minutes walk away. Pizza Hut / Starbucks / KFC all very close. Easy and quick to get Burj Khalif or the incredibly massive Dubai Mall from there on the train from Union Station, about 20 minutes. Train is very cheap. Range of guests staying there - families / couples. Would be fine for business people and then use the train to get to the Financial District. Internet was OK, but challenging to connect to initially, and not strong enough for video calls.

I went to Dubai as a single traveller. I stay in this hotel from march 25 to march 31. The location of this hotel is one of the best. It is near in union metro, restaurant, 24hrs supermarket, and malls. The staffs are very accomodating. I always asked the concierge to wake me up in the morning because of my plans and if i got visitors i always informed them. The room was spacious for 1 person. Everyday they usually do some cleaning in the entire room. About the internet if you got problem like me,just informed the staff and they will send to you their IT to fix it. They wil give you different passwords for different gadgets.

A very beautiful hotel. Close to Al-Ghurair Shopping mall. Withing walking distance to union metro station. Rooms and beds were clean. the bathroom was also clean. What I like the most about this hotel was its interior decoration. Very comfy and nice. There is also a swimming pool. However, the hotel staff disappointed me. When we arrived we kept asking for the bellboy and receive no answer. Reception staff seems to avoid our calls. We had heavy pieces of luggage and had to carry all them ourselves inside. We asked for a wake-up call and didn't receive it either. Also, the in rooms snack and drinks were expensive. they charge you 4 AED for a 1 AED water bottle. If you need snacks, just cross the road to the mini supermarket. They also DO NOT sell attractions or organize trips for the guest which I find quite disappointing.

This was a family vacation, and the location of the hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the Union Metro station, in Deira, was ideal. Union Metro station is a hub for the Red and Green Metro lines and one can go almost anywhere in Dubai from here. Deira is the old part of Dubai and is separated from Bur-Dubai (the modern part) by the Dubai Creek. The metro line goes under the Creek, as well as overland. The triple room was spacious and the toilet had a bathtub as well as a bidet. The furnishing was modern and we had a corner room on the 7th floor overlooking the road. There was no noise and the nights were restful, There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The hotel is centrally air-conditioned and while it is possible to adjust the cooling or switch it off altogether in the room, it is not possible to open the windows. The windows are sealed shut. In case of an emergency, one does not know how that will impact guests. The TV had not more than a dozen channels, but that included BBC and CNN, so we did not mind too much. There is a Russian channel, a French one, and a Hindi channel. The guests seemed to be mostly from the West and it seems to be a favourite haunt of Russian tourists. The rooms were clean. the linen was good. The maintenance was excellent, The two lifts were always available. There is a shoe-shine machine on the ground-floor. The dining room is on the 3rd floor. There is also a cafeteria on the ground floor. Unfortunately in our case, we were informed that breakfast had to be paid for, although our travel agent in Chennai, India, had collected money for room+breakfast. We therefore ended up paying much more for breakfast than we had anticipated. The travel agent in Chennai continues to play hide and seek with us and has neither reimbursed nor returned the extra money collected from us for breakfast. There is a mini-fridge in the room and of course the items are over-priced, including the bottles of drinking water. I don't understand why a hotel of this stature cannot provide a complimentary bottle of water to arriving guests. Normally guests arrive tired and thirsty. Just across the road, is a supermarket and we were able to stock up on water and fruits. There are some Asian and Middle Eastern restaurants within a 3-minute walking distance. There is a large mall called the Al Ghurair Centre, 5-minutes away and here you will find Starbucks, McDonalds etc. and a host of designer stores. Also a money exchange if you wish to convert your currency to Dirhams. The Union Metro station is across the road and can also be reached via a pedestrian walkway over the road (where the traffic tends to be heavy). There are two Iranian stores close by, selling mostly Chinese goods. The sidewalks are broad and one can rest on the benches provided for tired shoppers. We were informed at the Reception that there was a free shuttle service to two shopping centres situated some distance away. We waited for the shuttle to Deira City Centre for over half an hour, but it never turned up. The staff were courteous and the concierge/bellboy was friendly. Overall, we were happy with the hotel and would love to stay there again.
