There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too within a 5/10. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer. Motor City is 5 min taxi away.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the 1st floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan living area (complete with satellite T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome and can be best enjoyed on the balcony while having your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

The apartment fits 2 people comfortably in a King bed

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Els Club golf course is 5 min drive away.

Not just for fitness fanatics, Dubai Sports City is a neighbourhood that packs in a lot in terms of lifestyle and residential options, at a wallet-friendly price. Home to the International Cricket Stadium and Els Club, this upcoming development is the most sought-after destination for investors. There’s a mix of villa compounds and apartment complexes with a range of options for those considering to invest in Sports City. Likewise, tenants can choose between studios to 3-bed apartments and a range of independent villas.

Sports City is one of the freehold areas in Dubai. AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
