Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views | Stylish 2-Bed Apt

Located in the city's favourite area, Downtown Dubai, this cheerful and
spacious apartment can be found on the 6th floor. Spacious and well-lit
rooms together with comfortable furniture in an open-plan lounge area
make this an ideal place to relax and put your feet up after a day of
hard work or exploring in this vibrant city.

The space

The home has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a
queen. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and with a
bathtub in both bathrooms. Full-length fitted windows allow for plenty
of daylight. There is iconic scenery from the apartment with views of
the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
The building is a 5-minute drive from the closest metro station, easily
accessible to The Dubai Mall, and a 15-minute drive from Dubai
International Airport. There are also many dining and shopping outlets
close to the building.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and will have the apartment
to themselves.

Amazing Location!

The views were great from the living room area. The property manager, Daniel was very nice and responsive. They even sent us a box of chocolates for New Years. The only thing - I wish there was cleaning service since we were there for almost a week. Overall definitely recommend.
