For some reason they kept giving me and my wife hard time at the check point outside and kept insisting we were not on LIST. It felt very humiliating honestly. We would have to shout to get in which was bizarre.the second time it happened I told this ignorant security guard why don’t you call hotel and see why we’re not on LIST. He kept giving us impression that we were trying to bs our way in which really felt bad. Also the lobby didn’t have ice and staff there said we had to go to room to request which was shocking. The rooms are the best the world has to offer in my opinion. Outside the room you get the sense that something is just off. Lobby is very disappointing. Everything closes early in hotel. It goes from magnificent inside to very lame outside. If you want to have a relaxing time and be left alone this is your place. Outside the room really does disappoint. Room service is the best I’ve seen ever. The butler service is excellent. I think everyone should try this hotel at least once. The experience is different than anything out there. The value is there. If you’re the social type that likes energy this isn’t for you. If you’re stressed and just want to relax and be served this is your place just stay in your room. Comparing apples to apples there’s better hotels. All the focus of this hotel is on the rooms.

Excellent, Prompt butler services! The housekeeping did a wonderful job, too! My children said they would ever forget their stays at Burj! Will definitely come back again when visiting Dubai!

Hotel is amazing, service is great, !location is perfect. This is the best hotel we stay ever.

Unbelievable hotel. The staff was incredible. The room was unbelievable.

We like so much and will be back some time. Wonderful room and service.

The hotel is very luxury and clean! The staffs there are so friendly and helpful! They are the best! They told us a lot to learn about this hotel. When our boy need help, they come right way.

Spent one night to complete my UAE experience before heading back home to Miami and all I can say this hotel was a dream. From the moment my wife and I drove up (in a cab) to the moment we checked out, we were in disbelief we stayed at this hotel. The quality of service, cleanliness of room, and location of hotel was impeccable. My wife and I went to Dubai for our honeymoon and had to stay one night in Dubai so we decided book this hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations! It is an experience of its own! I would definitely comeback if I ever return to Dubai.

We stopped by the city on the way back to the States after a tour. The hotel was very clean and comfortble. The staff treated the guests as VIP.The hotel too expensive, but it was a good experience. We enjoyed it though.

The Burj al Arab is a phenomenal property, managed with the highest possible standards, and responsive and committed staff. The hotel is expensive, but this is to be expected at any property labeled as "The most luxurious hotel in the world."

The hotel is impressive with gorgeous suites. The location is wonderful with all the sister hotels just a buggy (golf carts) ride away or a view out your window. The buggy rides with very friendly drivers was great. The suites were over the top with electronic controls for everything from drapes & mood lighting to opening the front door, beautiful bathrooms with fullsize toiletry amenities, staircase. You can call the butler to draw your bath water if you wish. The "office" comes complete with a laptop computer, fax machine with your own fax number. Definitely worth the experience once. Prices are ridiculous though. We went to the lunch buffet the first afternoon. It was a cruise type buffet and decor but cost almost $500. I would not recommend it. The hotel was just to stuffy for our taste. It was 110 degrees outside yet they request no shorts or sandals in the lobby or restaurants anytime except the pool. Jackets are required for men at dinner.
