The hotel is very luxury and clean! The staffs there are so friendly and helpful! They are the best! They told us a lot to learn about this hotel. When our boy need help, they come right way.
Spent one night to complete my UAE experience before heading back home to Miami and all I can say this hotel was a dream. From the moment my wife and I drove up (in a cab) to the moment we checked out, we were in disbelief we stayed at this hotel. The quality of service, cleanliness of room, and location of hotel was impeccable. My wife and I went to Dubai for our honeymoon and had to stay one night in Dubai so we decided book this hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations! It is an experience of its own! I would definitely comeback if I ever return to Dubai.
We stopped by the city on the way back to the States after a tour. The hotel was very clean and comfortble. The staff treated the guests as VIP.The hotel too expensive, but it was a good experience. We enjoyed it though.
The Burj al Arab is a phenomenal property, managed with the highest possible standards, and responsive and committed staff. The hotel is expensive, but this is to be expected at any property labeled as "The most luxurious hotel in the world."
The hotel is impressive with gorgeous suites. The location is wonderful with all the sister hotels just a buggy (golf carts) ride away or a view out your window. The buggy rides with very friendly drivers was great. The suites were over the top with electronic controls for everything from drapes & mood lighting to opening the front door, beautiful bathrooms with fullsize toiletry amenities, staircase. You can call the butler to draw your bath water if you wish. The "office" comes complete with a laptop computer, fax machine with your own fax number. Definitely worth the experience once. Prices are ridiculous though. We went to the lunch buffet the first afternoon. It was a cruise type buffet and decor but cost almost $500. I would not recommend it. The hotel was just to stuffy for our taste. It was 110 degrees outside yet they request no shorts or sandals in the lobby or restaurants anytime except the pool. Jackets are required for men at dinner.
