Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in the Le Mer area. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. Downtown is 10 minutes by car away.

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry. Located in the popular 'Port De La Mer' treats include 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.



With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee. The free WIFI will help you to catch up on emails and post your favourite social media pictures.



The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.



The apartment fits 2 people comfortably in King bed.



As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.



You also have a private car parking space and you will find a supermarket, restaurants and other useful shops within the building complex.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:

If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
