The beds were not comfortable at all. The room was average for a hotel of this caliber.

Beyond words, it was all perfect the room, the food the staff... All PERFECT

The hotel and water park is perfect. Thew check in and check out procedures take a long time. Other than this, there is nothing else below expectation.

carabbien much better we are dissatisfied with the sea

Staff are absolutely horrible. Stayed twice. Both experience was not good. aqua adventure is nice. Bars are ok. Good is good and the rooms are nice, but not for the amount of money you pay for the overall experience.

We had a great time at the Atlantis Dubai as a stopover back to the states. Amazing quality of food, service, and activities!

Wifi is 33 US per day which I thought was a bit much being that most hotels/restaurants in Dubai have free wifi when we would go there for dinner or drinks. Most of the attractions are about a 20 minute cab ride at least so its easy to rack up a lot of money in cab fares. Its good for people with kids because you get free admission to the waterpark and aquarium. The person that cleaned our room everyday was very nice. We will not be coming to this hotel again but will be visiting Dubai again and likely will stay in the Downtown area.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. The aquarium was beautiful and very well maintained. This was a highlight for my kids. My only negative comment is that I've stayed at 5 star places all over the world. Relative to other 5 star resorts, this place is expensive relative to the return. I've now been to Dubai, but probably won't return. There are too many other great places to go for the same money. My other comment to the hotel...in this day and age, it is petty not to include free WiFi in your room, especially at a 5 star resort.

It's a wonderful experience especially for kids though it was away from the city center.

The hotel over rated. I was obligated to attend a wedding party. Food was terrible

The front desk staff was terrible, however; the bellhop helped us get into a much better room after the front desk didnt pay attention to our reservation. Our flight was cancelled and the concierge helped me connect with the airline staff (at no cost via phone). When we went to check out the front desk, once again, gave us a hard time. The resort and the room were great though. I appreciated the staff at the front helping with our taxis each day and for the most part it was a very warm reception.

Love this place. The hotel, location, all worth it. Planning to go back already!

There are just a few things missing from this hotel that would make it the perfect place to stay. 1) There is not free wi-fi. This is almost a standard now and it was very inconvenient to have no internet. The fee wasnt too bad, but you are already paying a good deal to stay here. 2) As mentioned, it is pricy. But it is understandable to have higher fees for the amenities provided. 3) Increasing the hours of operation of some of the events would be helpful. Overall it was a great experience and would love to have spent more time there. If given the chance I will go back.

Just be aware that food / internet / extras are pricey - this could be true for all hotels in Dubai as hotels provide the main activities.

Pries to much long waiting for check-in check-out. Room is small bed is not comfortable no coffee machine only water heater restaurants very expensive. Other than that over all good.

The only issue we had, was when we first arrived, it took over an hour to get our luggage up to the room after multiple calls. Wouldn't normally be a problem, but after a 10 hour flight and arriving to the hotel at 2am, you just want your luggage so you can go to sleep. Past that, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Great 3 days!!

We only stayed one night, but it was fantastic. We were able to check our bags in early, enjoy the aquarium and water park and after checking out the next day they held our luggage while we explored the city all day. A perfect place you must see to appreciate!

Amazing place!! This hotel is wonderfull have a waterpark inside and aquarium

THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST FOR FAMILY VACATIONS! WATERPARK AND AQUARIUM IS INSIDE THE HOTEL!!

Our 5 nights at Atlantis were phenomenal. I can't say it's cheap and affordable, but you are paying for the ambiance. The hotel has several amenities, but at high prices. Only downside is that the hotel is at a bit of distance from the main city of Dubai, which is about a 20-30 minute cab ride which will roughly cost you 50 dirhams. The staff at the Atlantis go above and beyond to take care of you. That was the best part. They immediately come to the room for any assistance. WiFi is an issue, you have to pay for it, OR if you book with Emirates airlines, you can become a Skywards member and then it's free. WiFi is a bit slow. There are several things you can do while your at the hotel. Otherwise you can go out on the town. All the malls are basically open til 12 am or 1am. You can book a desert safari at the hotel or go sight seeing. Overall it's a great hotel.
