Check in/out was fairly smooth, room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here? All staff were nice friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!

Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service
