It’s great to have everything around it, It’s closer by gold souk, and other Customer service poor, room supplies and tv problems
Everything was A+. The service and the cleanliness was top of the line. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was within walking distance..shopping shopping and shopping. Lots of excellent restaurants. Don’t miss out. Book this one.

Check in was pleasant and efficient. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Most hotel staff were welcoming except the man who worked at the fitness room. He ran out to guard right out side the door and told guests only allowed to drink inside the fitness room, not to carry that foam cup of water (about 4 oz) outside. I wonder if hotel management instructed him to do that but guarding a 4 oz of drinking water creating bad impression and harder for hotel to sell extra food and services to guests.

Beautiful Arabian style room with lots of nice mirrors cute mini hair dryer and best body lotion that on top of beautiful old city view and that sexy couch on the window. Loved it! Oh and don't forget Sherlock's bar downstairs and the 2 mins walk to get to the souk:)))
Old world charm and very friendly staff. The shower in the bath is a bit of a challenge and the water ends up on the floor and the water goes hot and clod but that is part of the charm. They give a good selection for breakfast in the executive lounge however the evening staff congregate there and seem to forget that it is alounge for guests though they are very friendly. Good proximity to shop, The Creek and Dubai Museum
This is the first time I have stayed here on a sight seeing stopover between India and the US. I have to say that for the price this was a great place to stay, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff was super friendly, the restaurant I heard was good but did not get a chance to try and ofcoz the awesome sherlock pub. I cant really complain about anything here, its not too far to downtown from here and it also offers the best of Bur Dubai shopping and sight seeing close by.
I've been staying at The Arabian Courtyard since 2010..the hotel in my opinion went from 5 stars to a 1 star. Change in management for the Spa...very disappointed...I use to smell the White Ginger right off the elevator ( no scent of that spa feeling). This group of new ppl...I'm speechless :( the sauna was broken, I had to ask them to light the candles, use while ginger, move me to a different room...it's just not what I expected! Sorry to say..I will not be returning or recommending this hotel again.
