Just wonderful,we had a very nice stay there, can’t complaint about anything.
From the moment we pulled up, we were treated like royalty. The staff was inviting, the room was great, the room service was incredible. They emailed us prior to our stay and we let them know we were celebrating our 11 yr anniversary. Upon arrival they had a lovely cake, balloons, and rose petals all around the room including a bubble bath filled with rose petals. We called one night during our stay to ask for extra hand towels and they brought us heated hand towels. We partied at the Isis lounge located in the hotel and ate at the breakfast buffet each morning. The main chef encouraged us to try the different dishes offered. They are very close to main attractions such as The Dubai Mall, Underground Aquarium and Burj Khalifa. They even provide a free shuttle to and from the mall. To sum it all up I can only say WOW - I will definitely make sure I visit this hotel upon my next trip!
Hotel is good , location is near bay, but nothing close to walk too. I commend the staff performance, excellent service to detail and to make sure your stay is comfortable. I enjoyed the hotel and the staff was amazing. The rooms are okay and they need to work on their toilet shower water pressure. Overall very nice hotel and would recommend. Their greatest strength is staff hospitality.
