This is a nice place to stay in Dubai, very reasonable price and good location too, however night manager was the old style marten from Germany with customer service skills of a bull. Please choose this hotel wisely , If that staff is still on the counter , i,m not going back again . Good Luck
I would strongly recommend this place for everyone. Everything there was great. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool was also very nice Less than five minutes walk to metro station makes it even better.
The reception unsupported and they are not clearly relevant, they have to mentioned every single things during the reservation website to not let the gust stuck during the checking in with bad and poor policy, five stars hotel does not make it
So, as some of you may know, the peak tourist season in Dubai ends at the end of April because of the heat. By that point, the amount of tourists visiting trickles down and hotel prices do tend to drop a bit. My family and I came to visit in the first week of May, right after the brunt end of tourist season. When we arrived, a lot of other families were leaving. Now, bear with me here, because this statement does have a reason. We use TripAdvisor to figure out a good hotel to stay based on reviews, and Al Barsha seemed to have glowing ones! Great prices, great services and great rooms were touted by other reviews, so we were happy to book the hotel for a week. We booked a two-bedroom place for non-smokers, and when we arrived....boy, were we dissapointed. First off, if I could rate this hotel from 0-10, it would be a 2. The two points -- the only saving grace of this hotel, are the service and the price. The people working to clean rooms and room service are kind and courteous, and fast to respond. But, that's literally the only good thing about this place. Now, for my experience: the rooms smelled like piss. That's right. Piss. The stench was so bad the moment we entered that we could actually trace it to a rug in the master bedroom. I wanted to change rooms and hotels, but we already pre-paid and my family was tired after a long fight, so we just moved the rug to the closet for the time beingg. Now, along with that horrible assault to our senses was the wafting smell of cigarettes. But, surely, we were in a non-smoking floor like we asked, right? Wrong. We called front desk after being absolutely sure that we were smelling cigarette smoke from our neighboring room, and they confirmed that yes, they placed us in a smoking room, even though they were perfectly aware that we asked for non-smoking, even though they did have non-smoking rooms available. Great. Next, the noise: you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighboring rooms. I'm talking screaming kids, yelling couples, the works. And if that's not enough, you can hear the charming city sounds of cars beeping all through the night to help you sleep. They took away our internet after three nights of staying there, and we had to call them to let us get connected again. The beds were stiff, but that's pretty normal in the Emirates. The kitchen was lacking in so many aspects that we had to buy several utensils just to be able to cook or make a salad. One of the burners in the oven wasn't even working. Overall, I would say that I would never, ever come here again even if it's for free, and I hope none of you make the same mistake as well.
The a ppartment is just 200meters from the metro station and same time walkable distance to mall of Emirates vch is very close to the main highway and main roads to access with car or any other vehicles. The check in was smooth and the staff was welcoming too.helped eithbour luggage tonthe room. Wen requested with some print outs was given to us. The rooms Wer nest. The furniture are good too. Over all it was a wonder full stay.we got it for competitive prices online. On The counter prices are too high.online prices are worth it.
I stayed here for 5 nights. I loved the location, easy access to the metro and to pretty much anything from there. Apartments were cleaned daily and had all the necessary equipment to do your own cooking.
I would highly recommend this hotel appartment as value for money. I stayed in a one bedroom which was really spacious, clean with all the basics (iron, cutlery, kettle, microwave, washing machine and more). Staff are friendly and very helpful. You have parking spots in the same building and free wifi. Location is in the heart of barsha which was also great. The travel tourist desk was also very helpful as we got discounted tickets to IMG world.
Great location, 2 minute walk to the Sharaf DG Metro. Fantastic service, with very friendly staff. Roof top pool is awesome. The adjoining restaurant is well priced and deliver to the room. Mall of the Emirates is one stop away on the metro.
it was a really nice hotel with very friendly staff, we had a great big apartment with two en suites and a bathroom for guests, there was a pool on the roof which was really cool, the metro station is two minutes away and a five mins walk to the emirates mall.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel! Plenty of room and two bathrooms was a bonus we weren't expecting. The kitchen is well equipped but separate from the rest and there wasn't any view to speak of, but the apartment is BIG so that made up for it. It's 5 minutes to the subway which was also great and walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates. Lots of cafes and local 7/11 shops close by.
