My experience with HAPPY SEASON at Address Residences Dubai Opera was an absolute nightmare. On the day of my scheduled check-in, the property completely failed to provide the accommodation I had paid for. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the host via phone and messaging, they were entirely unreachable and provided zero assistance. Because of this gross negligence, I was left stranded in Dubai and was forced to secure alternative lodging at my own expense at the last minute.  Furthermore, even before the check-in date, when I requested a simple date modification, the management was entirely unhelpful, trapping me in an endless communication loop and deflecting responsibility by citing 'system limitations'. This was a complete non-delivery of service and a blatant disregard for customer care. I strongly advise against booking here if you expect basic reliability and a guaranteed place to stay."

The apartment is not ready when we arrived at 3:30 pm. The check in is at 3:00pm and they are still cleaning , they finished at 4:30! They cleaned fast and not deeply, we saw the place before cleaning when we dropped our bags . It was very messy and dirty. And the check out was at 11:00 am. It’s not fear. However, the location and view was amazing.. I recommend but make sure with them to clean and make the apartment ready before check in and respect the time and at least give a compensation for being late and not deeply cleaning .
