disappointed w unprofessional restaurant experienc

We had an overall great stay at this hotel — the rooms, facilities, and atmosphere were excellent. However, our experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction my wife and daughter had with one of the hotel representatives at the restaurant regarding breakfast. The matter was handled in a surprisingly unprofessional way, which left us disappointed. We escalated the issue to hotel management, who listened and acknowledged our concern, but unfortunately, no clear resolution or follow-up was provided beyond a sympathetic response. While the property itself is wonderful, the way this incident was managed did not meet the level of service we expected.

It has been a downgrade for this hotel starting last year. Lack of staff, plumbing leakages during this and my previous stay. Empty minibar, no cutleries, cooking utensils. Property wasn’t well maintained. It looks like the management is trying to cut operating cost. Previous ipad system have been removed. In room dining selection have been reduced. Disappointing to see the downfall of one of the best hotel and service in Dubai. Even with a high price during low season, the quality isn’t justified.
