Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge. - Please note that maintenance work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
