Taj Dubai is located in the downtown area. Convenient to go around the city. Staff are polite and friendly. Check in was fast. We had the half board and the food was very good. Service was satisfactory. The room is very spacious. We had the room with the Burj Khalifa view, but it was obstructed by some buildings. So the view wasn’t quite worth it. But overall the room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Housekeeping did a good job daily. Provided water and amenities. Would definitely come back again. Breakfast buffet was rich with lots of varieties.

The hotel staff were kind, helpful, friendly, and asked if we needed anything several times in our two day stay. They met and exceeded our expectations. Great Location. Great Staff. Didn't get up for breakfast on any of the 5 days, what a waste !!! The Oriental restaurant is absolutely superb. The outside bar looked fantastic ( underage son, so could not go). Will definately stay again if we revisit.
