This hotel is not worth the price you pay for it. It meant to be a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. The room's are basic and the shower doesn't have a cover to protect water coming out on bathroom floor when having a shower. So results in the bathroom being flooded everything you wash. The worst part of whole experience of my stay at the hotel is the reception staff. To check in it took over a hour and half. I was told to sit down and wait till called. While waiting you had people jumping the que to check in. I only got checked in as I asked how long the wait would be and as by magic they put me next. It then took a further 15 minutes to check in. 15 minutes per person is ridiculous. Then during my stay I had wait long periods of anything from 10-30 minutes to ask them anything and it doesn't help that most staff didn't speak much English or very good English. On top of not looking interested of what you asking. Then to top it off when checking out they wanted me to wait and sit down which I refused as I would missed my flight. I was still made to wait 15 minutes while my room was checked to see if I had taken anything from the mini bar which I told them I haven't. Then when I finally was allowed to check out I got no bye or thank you for staying. Just it's fine while not making eye contact and tapping away at their computer. The level of customer service is some of the worst I ever seen anywhere let alone a hotel.
The hotel is decent with great location. its bang opposite a mall, a metro station, a supermarket and is pretty close to airport as well. The rooms are neat and the food is decent. But this is where it ends. The staff is a mixed bag with some very good people and some pretty arrogant and unhelpful specially 'Mohammad', the morning manager. he is extremely rude and totally unhelpful. on the other hand the night manager is extremely cooperative and caring.
I stayed here for 9 days. I loved it! Great location, easy access to the train. Walking distance to malls and or restaurants. Staff was great! Rooms very nice. Had everything I needed. Very busy area with lots of happening events. Pubs and Disco in Hotel.
This tired and run down hotel is appalling. We booked for 2 night through Mystery hotel on Wotif and checked out after one night moving to another hotel. The staff are great. We were welcomed with drinks and dates. however, as other reviewers have said, it has been decades since any money has been spent on this hotel. It is run down and shabby. It has nightclubs within it which are rowdy and I was travelling with children wasn't comfortable staying here. The lifts didn't have security passes so anyone could've been moving around the hotel. The hotel is an atrium style so noise travels as people are leaving the clubs. This hotel does have a pool. But again, it's shabby and run down, lots of cracked tiles ect. If possible, I suggest you stay somewhere else.
It was for a reasonable price in front of the burjman metro and burjman mall staff friendly room clean breakfast buffet not so good mini bar too small. Bed is big and comfy. Room is big enough. Toiletry is amazing I love their lotion and they noticed I used a lot so they put extra for me every day the staff is awesome. But its a classic hotel good for families but not friends and bot honeymooners.
It is in a good location. Steps away from the Burjuman Metro stop. And directly across the street from the Burjuman mall. It really caters to Indians, with Bollywood music blaring into the night from the cafe. The rooms are slightly outdated but mostly clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the service lacks a lot. There was a cigarette smoke smell that would come in, it seems, through the air conditioning vent. My room was supposed to be non-smoking. Somehow there was an ashtray provided. A few other inconveniences reminded me that you get what you pay for. In this case, it was the cheapest hotel in the area.
Firstly and most importantly there is a club located on the ground floor which the music will play till 3am. So if your someone wanting a good night sleep so your will be fresh for the following morning and energetic to explore Dubai this defiantly is not the right hotel. Unless you WANT to sleep in till 1in the afternoon cause your catching up on sleep. The hotel staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and also to top it off the rooms are dirty and back dated. I requested an iron and it looks like something the romans used to use. Overall a big disappointment would not recommend to anyone.
I like this Hotel mainly it's very convenient to travel. Train is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. There is a Carrefour Supermarket just in front of the Hotel. Checking in was good and Limia at the reception was good and friendly. Breakfast is mainly catered to Indians. Need to see more options and choices for other nationalities. Pastry corner is not that good. It's not fresh as well. Need to have more variety of Pastry and Fruits as well. The place where the Restaurant is not the ideal place to have a restaurant. It's with so many stairs and floor is very dangerous and not safe. Somebody will fall down for sure. Specially elderly people should be more careful. Most of the Philipino waitresses are not very friendly and cheerful, except for one girl. Others are friendly. Nice to see few Clubs in the Hotel for party lovers. Please keep it up. Rooms are ok, but quite old. Need to replace the metal railing in the bathroom. All are rusted. The sink stopper is not working. Need to replace it. There is a bad odour in the toilet. Room attendant Musthafa from Bangladesh was great. The Indian Restaurant at ground floor was superb. Good is great there. Overall, our stay is good at this Hotel and will come back again.
I stayed for 4 days during the Gulf Food. The best part is its location. Very close to Bur Juman Metro Station and BurJuman Mall. However the property needs lot of renovations and up gradation. Staff is neither efficient nor co-operative. While Checking inn, my credit card was charged whereas I clearly stated that just block for security. The lady then cancelled the charged amount but I still to have get the confirmation if it is reversed or not. Breakfast is also not of 4 Start Hotel Standard. Too much noise from the Night club.
This hotel is Not a 4 Star hotel. I Made online Reservation and get also a confimation. After arriving the people told me that the hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available. It tooks two hours to get a room. The size of the rooms are o.k. and if you're looking left and right you find out that it's not really clean. For this price there are better hotels in dubai. I will not come again.
