We stayed in a suite in Nassina Towers. The room was spacious with wonderful views of Dubai. While the kitchen doesn’t have a full stick of cooking supplies, it’s convenient to make coffee or keep drinks cool. Unlimited water was supplied for free. We found a Tim Hortons 300 meters from the hotel which was affordable for breakfast, and there were a variety of restaurants close by. In addition, there was easy access to the metro and the airport was only 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again, if in Dubai.
Jerome was excellent at customer service and attended to my family's needs on a daily basis. He really went above and beyond his duties which made my stay amazing.

Arriving at the hotel we were really excited as it was a big upgrade from the hotel we stayed the previous night. Everything looked great. The biggest problem of the hotel is that they were very unorganized. We arrived and had two separate rooms booked. The staff said the rooms were not ready although it was almost 4pm and check in started at 3pm! She then said we could "share" a room now and she would later give us the other room and an upgrade. Well almost two hours later my friend got into his room. As we left for the night, he forgot something and had to go back to his room. As he was going down the hall he saw someone else going into his room, then came back out. The staff had double booked his room! Someone else had a card that opened his room. This was a serious problem and we went to the front desk and complained. They finally had to call the manager. Someone screwed up and they tried to say since they upgraded him that room was showing empty, however it was not the upgraded room! After about 30 minutes of being very upset my friend was offered the upgraded room when he would return later that evening! This affected me as well since his bags were in my room and we had to share for a while. This was very annoying and pretty bad. Overall though, the hotel is pretty good and I would probably come back assuming they don't screw it up.
