I visited the fairmont for the first time in March 2017 . I trip over to Dubai a lot with work so I normally pick a different hotel each time as every hotel I've stayed in didn't impress me enough to come back . However that all changed when I visited the Fairmont . Arriving in at 1am from a long haul flight the gentleman on the front desk did everything he could to make this easy and straight forward. Even upgrading is to a bigger room in order to speed up the check in . The breakfast is open till 11am which is perfect for all travellers both tourist and business . The breakfast on offer is world class . The sushi restaurant we visited regularly was fantastic and great value for money . The pools and health club are amazing . It's a great touch that they have two pools to take advantage of the morning sun and afternoon sun . I would recommend anyone considering a hotel in Dubai choose the Fairmont . And to prove what I'm saying is legitimate I am going back to Dubai on the 4th of May for 8 nights and I could stay anywhere . However I am staying at the Fairmont ! Great people make a great hotel and this is a great hotel !
Stay here for 4 nights to attend a trade show at the convention centre. The location is ideal, only being a short walk away through an air conditioned train station. The service, room and pool area were all first class. Couldn't fault a thing and in my opinion it's a much better option then the Conrad next door. I would definitely book again.
I spent all my afternoon at the spa and pool fairmont sheik zayed. From the phone to book the appointment to the end i found the staff very professional. My therapist (sudi if i remember well) was very sweet with me. The spa room was the most calm i had ever experienced in town. The temperature of the room is perfect. I love the music they use there also. I had the chance to be located right next to the fountains and felt like being in a forest. This kind of details are very important to enjoy a massage! The spa is beautiful, with a great jacuzzi and steam room. Every where is very clean! Very quiet this time i was alone there. The pool was ok, i guess is a town hotel we can't compare with a resort on the beach. But the staff once again were very helpful and all kind. Bravo to the the team and the spa to made me happy!
Stayed for a night in Fairmont DUBAI , the hotel is a real luxury hotel , nice outlets and the food is delicious. The only issue was the TV but actually I did not report it as I was there for one night in a business trip .
Awesome room size and great prompt service - just what you signed up for ! What an array of bars and restaurants and unbeatable location. Just love he small touches and attention to details. A hotel you would love to spend an evening in even if not staying here
As soon as I arrived I was greeted by very helpful and very welcoming staff. The hotels service was fantastic in every aspect and I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Dubai to stay at the Fairmont Dubai. Looking forward to my next visit in June 2017. See you soon Fairmont Dubai.
Nice property in a very fancy city. The hotel staff was what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I think if I had to choose again I would choose the property on Palm Island. This property felt like it was more for business travelers vs vacationers. The room was pretty standard, I was expecting a little more grand urge from the Fairmont..."in Dubai". All in all it was a nice stay at a nice hotel.
I recently stayed at the Fairmont hotel whilst I was in Dubai on business. I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago on my 1st trip to Dubai with my wife. I had a lot of good memories of this place, with some high expectations to reach. The hotel is slightly dated compared with some other places I have stayed, but it oozes quality & class. Its well maintained though. The hotel is located at the bottom of Sheikh Zayed road & has a tram station directly at the front door that can be utilised. The location is fine, but its a 20 min taxi ride from JBR where is the new hot spot of Dubai. There is lots of nice restaurants located in the hotel, bars & nightclubs which means that you have plenty of evening activities to keep you busy. I frequented a few of these by myself. The cigar bar & sports bar were entertaining. The staff at the hotel were attentive at all times during my stay. I requested a room as high as possible with a view, I wasn't disappointed as I had an amazing view of the Emirates towers, which behind the sun set was stunning. The gym & pool area is nice, the only issue is that you have to move from one side of the hotel to the other. Sunrise & Sunset pool, pretty self explanatory. I stayed for 5 nights & have to say that my visit was perfect. I would stay here again & have no issues recommending someone thinking of staying to do so.
Great location in the center of the city. Family friendly hotel. A bit old but well maintained. Lovely staff who are friendly and go the extra mile. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive and had a great variety.
We arrived at the Fairmont after booking it via the Entertainer app. Unfortunately we had some problems accessing the information but the reception staff were extremely patient and helpful in assisting us. The room was on the 31st floor with exceptional views of the 'Dubai Towers' and was exactly what expected from a 5* Hotel. There are two rooftop pools at the Fairmont - Sunrise & Sunset to accommodate for the sunshine. The staff at both pools were fantastic and so helpful. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't really make the most of all the facilities but the Spa looked great!!
