I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unethical and unprofessional treatment I have received from Arabian Courtyard Hotel regarding my recent reservation. I cancelled my reservation two days before my schedule check -in, Yet I was still charged for the full four- days stay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this fairly, including four emails and multiple phone calls, their management has been completely unresponsive, Shockingly, my calls were even hung up twice, which is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Asa good will gesture, I requested to be charged for only one night instead of the four- full day stay. Even Expedia intervened d on my behalf, they refuse to coperate. This conduct is not only unethical and unprofessional but also potentially illegal under consumer protection law. I demand an immediate refund for the excessive charged beyond a one -night stay. I am prepared to escalate this matter to Dubai's Department of Tourism.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and many tourist attractions. Thanks to the service desk staff at the lobby. Mr. Gauri, Suleman,Peter, and Ishika are very nice and patient. Great help to us during our stay.

The hotel is suited for 1 group of people who albeit are catered well by the host do not care. Breakfast was one of the worst experience I have ever encountered. It was worst than a zoo. Staff were trying, guest were the problem, filling 2/3 plates, I even saw some filling containers. In terms of the accommodation, it is not 5 star, however a facelift is required. I witnessed an incident with front reception staff, reprimanding a member of the cleaning staff in front of guest. This was nothing less than bullying, I have taken the matter up with management and awaiting a response.`if a response is not forthcoming I intend to communicate the incident.
