This is the perfect spot for a family vacation! Only minutes from the Detour-Drummond Island Ferry on the channel overlooking beautiful sunsets and the passage of large freighters, this home accommodates up to 8 people.

Everyone will enjoy the sandy shore and lake bottom on this broad shallow cove along the old ferry pier.

The large front lawn is great for yard games, and you can stroll the woods at the back of the eight-acre property.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, a dining room with a fieldstone fireplace and a modern kitchen.

There is a small, covered deck on the roadside of the home with a gas grill, and on the waterside, there is a screened-in room that opens onto an uncovered deck for additional dining or lounging.

The home has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a spot for fires on the beach.

Beautiful & Quiet

We enjoyed our stay, soaked up the serenity and peace of Drummond Island. Just what our family needed. Freighter View had a great supply of kitchen items and games to enjoy with the family.
