Only complaint I have is with the lady working the sat night Nov 29 night shift , her name was Ann, very rude , other guess also told us the same thing . If Hotel management wants to know what happen , give me an email . Not very professional at all The Filipino lady that was there in the morning was very helpful thank you

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was excellent-taco breakfast with loads of topping options. Only complaint is that my room was 14degC upon arriving so needed to prop door to hallway open and turn setpoint up to 21. It took about an hour to warm up on a cold winter day!
