When we booked the room I thought I saw on the pics that the room came with a bath. As we all had terrible colds and had bought special salts to put in the bath, we were very disappointed to find out our room did not have a bath. Also we were annoyed that we had to pay for parking and we had just missed out on better price for apartment by 1 day. ( We waited with booking till next day and price had gone up) Reception man was very understanding and offered an upgrade. That was very nice! The room was very comfy. Only one thing did not make sense. Our kitchen had a table with 2 chairs cramped into it, but there really was no room for that. The balcony is very big with table and chairs but it was below zero. The room works better in Summer than Winter in my opinion. The door lock was very difficult to work out. I still don't understand it. We had the room at the very end and our closest elevator could not take our luggage to car/ basement We had to take another one. We just had a lot of stuff that's why I mention. Also there was no toilet paper holder.

The somehow small appartements/studio's are nice and have some comport, like a dishwasher and television. But do ot expect much. It is simple. No ventilation of the bathrooms is not so nice. The rooms/studio are cleaned on arrival. You need to get toiletpapper yourself (you only get one roll per request). Also reporting at the hotel is not so easy after closing hours of the reception, but when you know the trick it saves you a lot of stress. On your e-mailbox you will get the accesscodes to the doors and locker, which contains the keys to the rooms. Simple, but you need to pay attention to your incomming mails form Appart'City.

Great stop over location at a great price. Easy walking distance to centre. The market square offers great atmosphere and breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is not a hotel but an apartment. Offers parking in the garage underground at extra cost but well worth it given how hot it is. The tiles in lift were all broken when we were there. Remember the price you are paying it is basic

Clean and quite modern hotel but nothing particular to it (if you are looking for something original, it isn't) - I felt like I was staying in one of those airport hotel where you are just looking for a bed to sleep before you head off. The lights in the room are really white and make it looks cold and not welcoming. The view on the nuclear power station was nice.......... Still a very good value hotel in a calm residential area and the staff was really nice and helpful. Big regret on the WIFI thought... Wifi only at the reception not in the rooms... a bit disappointing on that point too...

Rooms are really big. We had even two rooms with table and chairs. Cattle and fridge were present, even some tableware. No free Wi-Fi. But breakfast was very disappointing. You should come to it first in order to get something.

The Appart'City offers serviced apartments. So it is technically speaking not a hotel. This means that the room is not cleaned every day, and towels are not replaced daily. I was aware of that, but it seems that some tourist were not, and this lead to some arguing with the staff. The studio itself was ok. It had everything we needed (bedroom, bathroom, and a little kitchenette). That said, I would have appreciated to have a safe, especially if I had to stay for a longer period. The hotel itself is quiet and we experienced no nuisances during the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast. I can recommend this place to anybody.

Stayed here enroute elsewhere. Parking is secure, under the hotel. Reception is open only during certain hours, so pay attention to how to get back into the building (it is NOT intuitive!). The apartment was small and definitely no frills. But the water pressure was good, and everything worked, including the bathroom heater which we used to dry our wet clothes (from the rain). The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable, which was disappointing, if not surprising. The kitchenette was small, but useful if you wanted to warm up food. We didn't use it. The ONE elevator was so slow, I used the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is in a small room, off the reception desk. It was a small buffet but enough to get us started in the morning. The room was small and there was a large group there so the line was long, especially when the coffee machine needed refreshing. The one girl who worked the breakfast area looked harried but was as efficient as she could be in that situation. The Museum of Modern Art is just a few blocks away as are a few cafes as well. I will likely not be back through Montelimar, so will likely not stay here again.

We wanted a stopover where the kids could have a separate room. We booked a large apartment and it was, it had two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It was very basic but clean. The bathroom could do with updating. The kitchen was small but usable on a basic level there was a large fridge but it froze everything! There was quite a big living room with a table and also a balcony. There was air con for each area and shutters for the windows. The beds were not the most comfortable but were ok. The apartment was good value and you could have breakfast if you paid extra. The secure parking was also extra but worth it if you have a car full of stuff for your holiday. It was a short walk to nice restaurants and the centre of town.

We stopped in for a night on our way through Montelimar and could have happily stayed longer. Very clean, comfortable room, friendly staff at reception (who were delighted for a chance to speak English), and we were happily surprised by a lovely patio attached to the room. We arrived late, but the process to get in was well managed, with the access codes emailed to us prior to arrival. Location was perfect - a short walk from the train station (although with large bags it seemed longer), and it's in a quiet spot not far from an area full of bars and restaurants. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this place, not least due to the reasonable price.

Nothing to fault except perhaps the pre-booked parking is a little steep in price. Efficient, helpful reception, fantastic room, fabulous facilites that were super clean. You would have to look very hard to find a better choice in Montelimar.
