The house was ok. But it was not cleaned properly, floors dirty, base boards filthy, showers with mold, these are some of the problem. To have my wife say in another rental home might be tuff.

Perfect Family Getaway

Listing as pictured…clean and well decorated. Perfect location for us as it was close to friends and local breweries. Some our faves were Route 12 (good food and vegetarian options) and 12 Fox (great beer and live music)! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels/supplies for our family. No problems communicating with owner and appreciate the early check in. Would definitely rent again for our next Austin trip!

Texas Charm

Very nice house - plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The only issues we had was not having the house stocked very well with washcloths and there were no extra blankets available. Each bed had a sheet and light comforter. My parents are elderly and would have liked to have access to an extra blanket for their bed. Only 4 washcloths were available and we were a party of 6. Neither the owner or cleaning company could bring us more. We ran a couple loads of laundry every day. It was too hot so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard like we would have liked to. Every day was 100 degrees plus. The rest of the house was stocked very well with detergent, kitchen items and bathroom supplies. I would recommend this house for other families.
