The Guest Quarters suite is the 4th bedroom, with its own separate entry, offering even more privacy. This beautiful property sits on 40 hill country acres, with a charming southern porch and a perfect front yard with giant oaks and serene views. It also features 2 living rooms, one downstairs off the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, and another upstairs, featuring an additional twin daybed. There's a dining area off the kitchen as well as outdoors, and a grill just off that front porch. Amenities include an electric fireplace, central HVAC, WiFi, smart TV's, a washer and dryer, and an iron.
LOCATION? It's PERFECT! We're just 10 minutes to downtown Dripping Springs, but a world away! It's also an easy trip to Wimberley or to Austin, Fredericksburg, or the natural attractions like Pedernales Falls, Hamilton Pool. We're near Camp Lucy, too!
