The Austin Freestone Ranch by ABOVE Vacation Residences is a family-owned working ranch on over 100 acres- a spacious property of ranch-style luxury with the peace of the Texas Hill Country near local wineries, breweries, distilleries and wedding venues. Enjoy three guest wings and wheelchair accessibility, including ramp in the pool. Game casita features glass garage doors for a multi-seasonal room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, 2 TVs and a bar area. Pet-friendly with Owner approval. This property is regularly set for 20 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 25 guests. A large group fee may apply. Inquire with our sales team about hosting a large family gathering or corporate retreat onsite. Event fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Pools can be heated by request and with approval- fee varies from $350-500 for 3 days depending on season.
