Inside, vaulted ceilings and a warm gas fireplace create a welcoming space to relax after a day of adventure. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly to a private back deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening BBQs. With a 2-car garage and reliable WiFi, this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Teton Valley.
Pre the HOA: All tenants must abide by the rules and regulations including the parking restrictions. The rules and regulations are posted in the home binder.
We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.
Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.
