Small double bed (only 140cm), very soft saggy mattres that gave me a back pain and I couldnt sleep during the night. Also we requested a baby cot and we got a bad without a mattres (only a hard bottom) - when we asked for one, we were told that it is all they have. So baby have to sleep on a hard bottom and adults get too soft one? Eggs on breakfast are made from powder and tastedd horrible!

The scrambled eggs were fake eggs. Limited variety of fruit. The breakfast that was served at other similar hotels in Germany had more variety and served higher quality food. The furniture and fixtures in the rooms wete cheap. This hotel had the overall feel of a cheap American hotel.

We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.
