Hotel of Europe B& B style

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Easy walk to cross over to old town. Also close to restaurants without going to old town. On busy street but quiet the nights we were there. Space consisted of bedroom separated with door to dinette/coffee bar & bathroom. Communal breakfast room lovely. Continental breakfast traditional European continental and very ample.

Nice place but unfortunately no elevator

The property is an historical building and a bit unprepossessing from the outside. The owner has done a commendable job of renovating the rooms. It is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the old city and numerous neighborhood restaurants, The owner/manager is affable and helpful. Breakfast is not elaborate, but is quite acceptable. The lack of an elevator is the only drawback

Besser geht nicht. Wir (Ehepaar) verbrachen 5 Tage in diesem Traum-Appartment in der Dresdner Neustadt in bester Lage. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Freundliche Besitzerfamilie, auf Wunsch leckeres Frühstück, welches uns ins Appartment gebracht wird, ruhiges Schlafen im überaus bequemen großen Bett uvm. Schade das nicht noch mehr Sterne zu vergeben sind. Dresden ist natürlich ebenfalls eine Traumstadt.Glück mit dem Wetter kam noch hinzu. Danke für diese tollen Tage! Wir lieben City-Trips und dies war einer der Besten!

Top Lage, nur wenige Meter von der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt, tolles Doppelzimmer mit separatem Zimmer, wo man das leckere Frühstück genießen kann (wird übrigens vom super netten Vermieter morgens an die Tür gebracht), eigener Parkplatz hinter dem Haus für 9 EU pro Tag.

This summer's best hotel

Stadt Metz is a small hotel with an extremely high level of personalized service from the owner himself. It is centrally placed in Neustadt, with a few hundred meters to japanisches Palais and a tram stop just outside. Large and very well equiped room, excellent breakfast. Dresden is a city to be seen, absolutely fascinating. Stadt Metz turned to be a unique place for a stay of five days, we would have loved to stay even longer.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Haus, nichts für extrem lärmempfindliche Menschen, da direkt an der Bahn gelegen, aber ansonsten top! 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir hatten eine Suite, was tatsächlich eine voll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung war. Ein sehr nettes Mutter-Sohn-Gespann führt das Haus, beide sind jederzeit für ihre Gäste da.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem super Gästehaus

Wir hatten eine riesige Suite. Grosse Zimmer mit hohem Plafond. Wunderschön altmodisch eingerichtet. Leider kein Fahrstuhl - angeblich aus Denkmalschutz nicht erlaubt. Aussicht auf Hinterhof und Eisenbahn ist nicht berauschend. Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend. Ganz bezaubernde Inhaberfamilie. Fazit: ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen
