The living room boasts a heated floor and is equipped with air conditioning, a Bluetooth stereo system, a PlayStation 5 gaming console, a 70-inch smart satellite television, and a complimentary Netflix account.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAThe fully equipped kitchen and dining area feature a heated floor and a large dining table for eight. Appliances include a generous fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill sandwich toaster, water kettle, electric orange juicers, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, microwave, hand mixer, and a hand blender. Children’s dinnerware is also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing set.
BEDROOMSThree comfortable bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, offer smart SAT televisions with complimentary Netflix accounts. Enjoy the ultimate in comfort with king-size beds (180×200 cm), adorned with damask bed linen for a truly opulent bedtime experience. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on each window, and a guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room. A section of the gym is designed as a sleeping area, featuring a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a shower, and a balcony.
BATHROOMSTwo en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while the third en suite bedroom is on the ground floor. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and one bathroom is equipped with a bidet. An outdoor shower with cold and warm water is located on the deck area.
TERRACE & PATIORelish in the expansive covered terrace with a dining table offering panoramic sea views. The covered outdoor kitchen with a sink and a fireplace area is accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor. A partially sun-protected outdoor lounge area beckons with a premium lounge set, two deck chairs, and a table with a beverage cooler. From this vantage point, enjoy distant views of the island Cres, creating an impressive spectacle, especially at night. The patio by the sea invites visitors to linger, relax, and share moments together.
SWIMMING POOLThe outdoor area is designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 40 m² swimming pool, with a possibility of heating*. Outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a spacious deck area featuring seven sun loungers (pool towels included).
TENNIS COURTA special feature is the illuminated tennis court, offering opportunities for outdoor activities like tennis, football, badminton, or volleyball.
SAUNAFor our guests, we present a dedicated Zen area. The panoramic sauna, located in a separate unit near the tennis court, allows guests to choose between Finnish or infrared sauna treatments. With an all-glass front, enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and island Cres during sauna bathing (sauna towels included).
GYMA panoramic sea view gym awaits, equipped with an advanced treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, a dedicated shower, and a small balcony on the upper level.
PLAYGROUNDFor the little ones, a completely fenced playground area on rubber tiles features a playhouse, rock wall, wave slide, chain ladder, and a large swing for endless children's fun.
